“I called yesterday and spoke to Cole (I think). I was actually a Karen and asked for the manager.. My bad! Anyway, I explained to Cole I wanted some of the blue waxed cotton strings that came with my Johnston & Murphy shoes. He explained they do not have those as an option to sell. However, he was able to find me a pair and set them aside for me.Cole was amazing and took my very serious and life threatening concern of having plain black laces in my shoes to heart! This man has saved me from being plain and mundane! Thank you Cole!”
“This is one of the nicest shopping centers out of several states. Next time I'm in the area, I will be shopping here again. Frustrating to park, but the stores are clean and the people working are nice. Newk has great food.”
