Our salesman, Tyler, was very helpful and informative. He patiently answered our questions regarding the vehicle we wished to purchase. Also, when presented with our expectations regarding financing and price, he diligently pursued the arrangement that would fit our needs. All in all. It was a very satisfying experience.

Smith Ford provided excellent service while choosing my new Ford Bronco. The salesman, Mark Stine, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. There was never any pressure from him to buy and he worked hard to keep payments within my budget. He is an excellent salesman. The finance department was very supportive and courteous. I will definitely go back to Smith Ford.

Mark was our salesperson and he was very nice and supportive of what we wanted. We did buy extended warranty and service and was introduced to the service manager. The whole process took about 4 hours and everyone we had contact with was courteous and professional.

Went in the dealership expecting to get the usual experience but I could not have been more wrong. If you go there ask for Ryan he was phenomenal and made my experience just so much better! He definitely is making a name for himself and a new standard for salesmanship! The guys at smith ford do it right!!

I was passing through Arkansas on my way to Oklahoma. I was going to the Hilton Garden and seen a truck that I liked in the parking lot so I stopped and walked in the door and had the opportunity to work with Mark.and Matt my salesman and sales manager. From that point forward, I felt like I was part of the Smith Ford family. I didn’t expect this being an outsider, and I believe they treated me as if I was a customer that have been purchasing them for years. My business is in Georgia if I was to do another purchase, I would consider purchasing my next vehicle from Smith Ford.
