I would highly recommend asking for Dawn. She helped set up a life insurance policy for 20 years with a locked in monthly price for 20 years at a VERY low rate. (Ridiculously low and the younger you are when you get one the better) Get a life insurance policy now before you have a health condition that possibly disqualifies you and protect your family!

Absolutely the best insurance experience that I have ever had. Dawn is amazing! She worked diligently to save us hundreds of dollars per year, all while improving our coverage and even adding an umbrella policy. Unfortunately we had a claim almost immediately, but it was a breeze. We are very grateful to have someone that we truly feel cares about serving customers and has our best interest in mind. I highly recommend you give them a chance!

I have had an excellent experience with Jay Bernard. Their customer service is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. Any time I have had a question about my policy or needed assistance, they have been clear and thorough in their explanations. The claims process was straightforward and stress-free, and I felt supported every step of the way. It is rare to find an insurance company that truly puts its customers first, but they do just that. I feel confident and well taken care of knowing I am insured with them. Highly recommend!

This is the most helpful office in all of Conway!! Lexie went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was patient yet persistent in finding the policies that were right for me!! Simply not enough good words in the dictionary to properly describe this sweet young lady!!! Keep up the good work!! It is very clear that Jay's kind caring leadership has paid off.
