this place need to be shut down, i had a man speed walk his chest into me almost knocking me off my feet. the other 2 workers cussed me out and this all because i want my property out my car!!

This lady is so rude. it’s like she has a little power and runs w it. I am an insurance agent and I have had several customers that she has gone out of her way to make a bad day worse… we have customers that her towing company was called out the wreck and they have insurance, they just had an accident and they’re just trying to collect their items from their car. She gives them the run around, she calls our office is rude To every single person in our office and to our customer.. i’d like to see her be taken off the rotation I’m sure there was of Conway. Do not want the residence being mistreated like this.

Your drivers pull out in front of vehicles on Highway 64 at very low speeds causing the drivers on the highway to slam on their brakes on a fairly regular basis. Highly encourage this get fixed before other agencies get involved. Or someone gets in an accident and my post warned you about the issue.

Ronnie is the best! He got my car a new starter in 1 day then did my ac. I couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. Steve’s auto has wonderful to me. The staff in the office has been polite and courteous.

Ruthless, rude, and unprofessional they will drive a car even when they know it will blow up the motor without water in it. Rip you off with there over charged fees. Don't not use them. They should be shut down and removed off of the list of rotation with the police . I'm sure pushing for it

I recently had an auto accident and my jeep was taken to Steve’s Auto Center. Start to finish it was the best experience! Their wonderful staff kept me updated every step of the way and my jeep looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I will recommend Steve’s to everyone I know!!

Let’s get started with the fact I’m a disabled vet and my car broke down on the side of the ride I pushed it as much as I could to get it off thought it was enough……… Faulkner county disagreed and had me towed not going to fight them because the see things I don’t and understand rules and regulations they towed me before I got back by minutes I mean I followed the tow truck to the location, the toe drive was one of the RUDEST people, well you shouldn’t have left it on the side of the road was his exact words I use a walker to get by from Iraq was I supposed to sit for 2 hours miss my pain appointment like make since here… the owner teresa and her husband was one of the MOST disrespectful people I have dealt with in YEARS!!!! Veteran hat can didn’t matter RUED they IMPOUNDED My car when the Deputy told them in person it was a Tow they didn’t care 8 mind you 8 cops showed up in the eclipse day (boredom) and everyone of them told me and and my husband I’m so sorry they are doing this to you it’s a civil issue unfortunately their is nothing we can do we thought showing up we could make them stop and release you can but we can we are sorry they STOLE my key under the fact that they were getting my registration then proceeded to scream and yell in my face, that this is what they were going to do, and this was their law mind you I severed 12 years UNITED STATED ARMY RETIRED spine fused. Mind you now I know leaving it their wasn’t the smartest and I don’t fight the law I fight the money hungry rude, thieves $400 is what it cost me for o get my car county Arkansas tow cost $210 I was charged $500 so please beware RUN HIDE PAY THE TOW They steal they lie they hide and even the sheriff couldn’t believe their behavior

Edit: for some reason my review was removed but I will not let this down. So although this happened 2 years ago my review was just added again.
Never go here if you have a choice in the matter!
They are extremely immature and unprofessional.
I brought my mother in to get her van out because it was impounded by the CPD. We went through a lot of trouble to get up the ridiculous amount of 450$ to get her van out. (Being charged for the weekend when they were closed so we had no option to get it out on those days). When I was finally able to get the money up the bank would only allow me the to pull out a limit of 400$. So I took that and another 20$ bill I had to Steve’s. When we entered with my three children she automatically told us to leave if the car was not in our name. It was in my mothers name so I was headed out with my kids but I needed to explain my situation and ask if it was ok that we were 29$!!!! short!
She said no she HAS to have 449$ in cash or we pay for another day until we have it. THE WAY SHE SAID IT was very rude and hurt my feelings. She had no compassion or understanding of our situation and denied our vehicle to us for 29$! Because of my feelings and opinion (THAT IM ALLOWED TO HAVE) I left a one star review on Google. No comment just a one star. She then comments ????
During this time we have gone to get more money. When we get there about an hour later she immediately attacks my mom as she enters the door. Telling her that because of my one star review they are going to post her mug shot and blast her all over fb. My mom is shocked and starts recording on her phone. The owner and her husband continue to make my mom feel like complete dirt and threaten to black mail her if I didn’t delete the review. Mind you I have proof of all this!
Her husband comes out to get a copy of my license because my mom only had her ID and a valid license driver had to pick it up. As he comes out he starts complaining to me about my review and my mom catches me up on all that has been going on inside. He is very nasty towards me telling me that he’s going to post all my mom's info on fb cause of my review. I told him I have a right to review based on MY opinion and experience and it was not even about the fact that they denied me the vehicle over 29$ it was the fact that they were very rude and you can see from her comment below and other reviews that this is obviously a problem. You both (owners can be easily looked up) need an attitude check and learn how to be kind professional people at your business!
I understand that you are just trying to do business and have a contract with CPD and none of our problems are yours etc but that does not mean that you have to be MEAN! You have no idea what ppl that have their cars impounded and arrested are going through!
And most businesses that receive bad reviews try to make it right not be childish and get all defensive! Threatening defamation of ones character. Unbelievable!
And I see this isn’t the first time. You always seem to call someone out about their impound if they leave a bad review. Or act like they "accidentally" left a review for you cause you don't have them in your system. You're both a joke! And I hope You do realize how UNPROFESSIONAL you are!
DO BETTER!!
Also I wasn't upset that I "had" to help my mother pay to get her van out. I would do anything for my mother. I was upset that you denied the vehicle for 29$!! And you're wrong about taking it up with CPD. We all know damn well that you can lower your price if you want. Has nothing to do with CPD and "what they charge". That's your problem. You didn't want to! No compassion. You're only in business because of your contract with CPD. Not your rep! You've both ruined that for sure. Hats off!

My cadillac sounded like I was driving on knobby tires, loud and not smooth at all. Took it to Steve's Automotive, now it rides smooth and sounds completely quiet just like a cadillac should. Very grateful, I love my car.
