Worst customer service I have ever received and I’ve stopped by twice. Each time I get a brush off answer. Right now they’re trying to tell me I don’t have a 125mi warranty then they found it but they’re 100% it won’t be covered under warranty. MyChevy app says my car is having an emissions problem I have an emissions warranty until 80k but they’re sure that won’t be covered either. Then when I tried to get a mylink radio for my 2016 equinox they told such a thing never existed. I pulled the Chevy equinox app to show him it and he walked off and never came back. HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT SHOP there or take your vehicles there to be serviced.

They had the vehicle I had been searching for for quite some time. They got my price down where I needed it to be and I'm super happy with it! We drove up from Benton and they took care of us! Super friendly and great customer service!

The salesperson I spoke to was very rude. Hope did run numbers for me, but Hope told me she would call me back to discuss numbers further but did NOT call back and did NOT answer when I tried to call her. Very dissatisfied.

They get out of all the warranty work they can. They kept telling me a line of crap about why they couldn’t warranty a seal leaking on front differential that was slinging gear oil all over. And it’s only got 19,000 Miles on it and bought it from them new. I got tired of fighting with them took it to Phil Wright Chevrolet in Russellville and they looked at it and said that’s a bunch of crap!! They said we can fix that it’s definitely warranted that it shouldn’t have ever been a question to fix it or not. So if Superior Chevrolet says it’s not warranted take it to another dealer to make sure cause they will get out of it if they can. Their shop manager doesn’t know his butt from a hole in the ground.

AVOID! Went to look at a truck advertised on the internet as 2012 Nissan Frontier truck with mileage of 54389. Husband drive on lunch hour to look at truck; salesperson have him a worksheet that said mileage was 54000. Husband looked at odometer something like 89000. These people are not on the level.

Took my 2017 Impala in because my display screen malfunctioned and I could not use GPS, radio, etc. The screen had already been replaced less than 25000 miles ago . After the mechanic hooked it to a computer and got it fixed I was charged 140.00. I would think a car with less than 40K miles that is still under warranty would be covered for computer malfunction. I feel like I was scammed and will never use this dealer again.

wife took car in for oil change. she called me to ask if the air filter for a/c should be changed. i spoke to service person and told them specifically not to do that. they did it anyway. bill now almost two hundred instead of fifty.

We thought we were getting a fair deal and a nice used car. Our salesman seemed nice and trustworthy enough... When we took the car home we realized there were things about the car that they didn't disclose to us. Such as the gas tank didn't open and we knew our salesman knew about because he filled up the tank twice when he was working with us. They had put the wrong user manual in our car. The wrong wipers were on the car. And we took the car one time through the wash and it came out with all these parts on the hood where the paint had washed away like they had just tried to patch it up quick. Seemed like they were just trying to sell it fast. When we called they acted like they wanted to help but when we took it in to them they kept us waiting for over an hour then didn't help us at all. Very fake! I know I sound naive, but I really thought these guys were honest. Unfortunately they were just trying to get a quick, sloppy sale and didn't want to disclose everything to us or make things right. We will not be buying from them again.
