Shopping expensive. Customer service is geared for hiring young adults. Watch buying debit cards during holidays & amt put on gift cards. Several HR people unkind after worked there during xmas, seasonal. Once when i called in summer, then, when I called about W2 being sent.

Lost a star due to rude cashier. Barely said 2 words to me. I thought I had enough money on my gift card and I didn’t so I had to find my debit card and she was very impatient and kept tapping on the counter with the gift card I gave her. Then I said “I am so sorry” about 3 times she didn’t say anything. It took me less than a min to get my debit card out and I paid. I said thank you and she ignored me. I didn’t get to see her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Other than that, my experience was great. Guess I’ll use self checkout next time.

Horrible pick up service. I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes. I have watched 3 cars pull up after me and get their stuff before me. Guess target is off the list again. I didn’t shop here for two years and I can do it again.

I have been shopping at this Target since it first opened. I have received incredible customer service anytime I ever had an issue. The store is clean and stocked. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the years of amazing service I have received and look forward to continuing to shop here. A + for sure

Card reader machines at the self checkout out do not work and you must use the target app and go to wallet to check out. The bathrooms are unclean and never have toilet paper or hand soap.

Alexis worked hard with us after a mess up with card issues. She made sure we were getting our money's worth and was beyond patient with us. An amazing working you have there that definitely made sure we were taken care of.
Docking 1 star due to the fact a manager, Andrew, did not try to find another issue and help Alexis when she mentioned that restarting the machine would make the money on our cards dissappear without it going back onto the cards.
5 stars really for Alexis!

I was not at all happy with the delivery. I have a covered deck on the front of my house. She delivered at the back of my house in the rain. It is not covered in back. How much trouble would it have been to go to the front where the deck is covered out of the rain.

I’ve just moved to Conway, AR and I visited Target to buy toys for my son( grandma’s christmas gift). Everything was perfect, the staff helped us. All the employees that we spoke to were very nice.

Same thing that happened to Kit Cat happened to me, but I had a good time. Also, has a customer restroom.
