“Top tier service! I was going through an insurance claim nightmare until Pro Auto stepped in. The owner heard about what I was going through, so he invited me down to the shop for a personal walkthrough to help assuage the situation and actually let me know what was going on with my car. It was the first relief I felt over what had already been a month long process! I was contacted personally every few days with repair updates as the proper parts came in and the repairs were performed. These are some really great people! They even offered to redo my hood (previous owner did a botched job of coating it, and it looked rough), and I can honestly say I got my car back looking better than when I bought it!
