The young man that was working the front desk was so nice. He had the best personality and talked to each customer like he had known them his entire life. You don’t see that kind of service in today’s world and it is a pleasant reminder that there are good and caring people in this world. That young man has a great future ahead of him. If I were the CEO of UPS, I would be extremely proud to have him on the team. He is an asset to the company. Kudos to Tony Macentyre in Conway Arkansas! I had to go back inside the store just to get his name because ones like Tony are few and far between.

Two stars because the gentleman behind the counter was very polite. However, why am I being asked to show ID, and if the information on my ID is correct, when all I'm doing is sending a Mother's Day card.

Called me by name (looked at package) and started working with a big smile!
That’s rare these days. I have worked in customer service all my life and you have a super employee in Jarrod!
