I just wanna give this store a huge shout out Trey is on their team and works in the mornings at the store. He’s always very helpful and always providing amazing customer service. I’ve never been to a UPS store with a more helpful representative.

My husband and I went in to get a document notarized, most of the employees were working hard and fast to ensure customers were taken care of. However the person we dealt with was so rude to both customers and other employees. I assume she was some kind of manager but she should NOT be working customer service. Even went as far as stating “she wasn’t raised to be nice” she was notarizing some documents for us and seemed to have no clue what to do, we called our LAWYER with questions and she told us our lawyer was wrong. We were charged $20 to get a piece of paper notarized, took about 2 minutes, a stamp, and a signature. We left disgusted by her behavior towards others. I understand her notary services cost money, but seeing as how other places don’t charge for this service she should have been upfront about the cost, had we known we would be charged we would have went somewhere else, especially while being treated so badly.

Previous reviews on notary services weren’t positive but I had the best experience with Bri, and it’s Christmas weekend. Couldn’t recommend more!

We were robbed at this store. They charged us over $150 to return a package we returned. The original shipping using UPS to us from the manufacturer was $30. The part was incorrect and the company wanted us to use UPS to return the item.How does this happen? $30 to me, $158 back? I have used this storemany times, but this is the last. Talked to the manager, passed the blame on UPS and stated they just charge whatever the computer said.

I can’t stand how stupid and cheap UPS is. Returns are not always clear about whether something needs to be packaged up or not. Sometimes you just take the item in. I just needed to return a pair of jeans that came in a much too big box. I took them in that box untaped. I was told that they would need to charge me like $2.50 for a strip of freaking tape. I left out of principal. Yes, I could afford it and yes, I could’ve bought a whole roll, but that is just stupid. FedEx would NEVER. Maybe if they cared more about the waste of cardboard and space as evidence by the original packaging, they could avoid pissing people off over a 18” piece of clear tape. UPS sucks!

They deserve way more than five stars!!! Esther gave above and Beyond customer service!!!! I will definitely be using UPS store on Amity rd!!! The impeccable customer service that I received is very difficult to find these days!!!! Jess H way to go on leading by example and going above and beyond!! UPS store made a great decision by hiring Jess H and Esther!! Thank you Team 6777!!!

Was just told via phone call that a Notary was to be there until 5 pm. Told them we were on our way. Got there at 4:20 pm and the Notary had already left early!! Not cool!!

I used this store to do an Amazon return. I completely messed up and only showed one return code to the young lady helping me. Later, after realizing my mistake, and being thirty minutes from the store, I called and talked to her. She remembered me and my return and was so helpful. She had me email her the code and she dug out my return and handled it. It was a $40 difference. Leta is the best! I appreciate her a ton!!

I have always had great service at this location. Today, Thad helped me by going above and beyond what was expected in labeling, packaging, service and attitude. His manager was just as kind and supportive. So nice to have handy, helpful, pleasant and quick service in our community!
