I've never, in my life, had to wait a week to open an acct at any bank. I've had bad experiences with the bank in the past, and now again. I loathe this bank and could not advise anything but to steer clear of it. imagine, someone requiring an appt to take YOUR money. Its disgusting.

This is the worst bank anyone could use. I will not go into to much detail bc I'm filing a suit over the way I was done and how my money was kept from me.

Today a young teller was very rude and unprofessional to say the less. She refused to count money back to a customer when asked, yelled at the top of lungs, and told the customer she could find her because she has her address on file. The customer just wanted their money counted back to make sure it was the right amount before exiting the bank. They did not act out or get rude like the teller did. Videos can prove everything. This needs to be addressed and handled swiftly. The threats and unethical behavior makes this branch look bad and will not be recommended if people like this work there.

The customer service is amongst the worst I have personally ever dealt with especially for a financial institution that I have used for decades. I will definitely be switching to someone who can give us a more personalized service or at the very least return a phone call within a business weeks time.

Rarely does an establishment receive a 5 star review from myself. Given the option between Maumelle and the Conway location. The Conway did their JOB. Simply put I called asked if a transaction was possible at this branch. At first the teller thought it would be outside their branch possibility and stated let me call the other branches and see who can take care of this today! Maumelle on the other hand just said no and they don't know if anyone can help. To the gentleman teller at Conway. Thank you for not only being able to complete my transaction that day but also for showing the willingness to call the other branches for assistance. To add a little detail this was for a cash withdraw. Nothing complicated.

I greatly appreciate the staff here. I met with Donna Owen's to take care of some business.They were very kind and professional each time I came in. After I stated my reason for coming, she took control and scheduled me for an appointment.My appointments were around noon, so it was not busy (at least not for me).I recommend this location as they will handle your business thoroughly and with a great attitude.

There is a 20 minute wait every time I come to the branch. They have 1 teller working all drive thru lanes as well as the lobby.

ATM rarely works, customer service is a D-, their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. Don't call the 1-800 # they're worse!!

First of all Google maps is wrong the place is open Monday through Friday 9:00 to 4:30 and on Saturday 9:00 to noon at least I think that's their hours it's whatever their hours were before someone said they were closed.

If there were a no stars option, that’d be my pick. Two overdraft fees that were completely their mobile deposits fault, and 18 hours of waiting and re telling my story over and OVER, having someone agree and say it would be refunded by 4:30, it was “declined” they have me fill out an escalation form to be called back in FORTY EIGHT HOURS. Two of tge assistant managers that have the same name is rude and thinks that they can do whatever and it be okay. They look you in the eye and tell a lie. If you make tell them something true or quote the law they tell you to leave also close out your account that was Allegedly Frozen to begin with. This was done without a court order or any kind of order. Other than their own. With that being said. These two doe's (ladies) may have opened there boss up for a lawsuit as well as themselves. O'ya also one of them come towards me like they were going to fight me . They know there wrong but have a big ego and on a power trip due to the boss being gone.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible service. I walked into the branch on Mainstreet in Conway to get a notary, stood there while all 3 of the bankers stared at me from their offices. Not one acknowledgedme. In fact, I'm using my waiting time, in an empty lobby, to write this review. The lady working by the window was the only one working. If you're considering banking with US Bank, I STRONGLY advise against it. I have been with US Bank for 7 years and service has been declining since I started. Since the pandemic, it has become a joke. They don't care about their customers.
