Arrived at 9:20 AM on February 13th 2023 Clerk clearly heard me but did not say a word stayed in the back and made me wait Not knowing when she would come and Assist me Then she gave me back a dollar bill That was almost completely ripped in half. She would not let me exchange the bill and when I asked for tape she declined to let me use some just telling me "You just have to be careful". What happened? Post Office employees used to be so nice and Helpful. This woman was just plain Rude and terrible.

I am stunned at the low reviews. The post office staff have always been gracious, efficient, and friendly as well as extremely helpful. One been going there regularly for 25 years.

It says that they open at 8am, when arriving to drop off packages to be shipped, I find out they don't open till 830. This needs to be updated

Just as I lost all faith in USPS customer service after recieving the worst, rude, poor customer service from the Mayflower Post Office Post Master Webb, I recieved exceptional smooth service from William. USPS needs more employees like William. No customer deserves nothing less if paying for a service. Thankyou.

No way to actually talk to a human when you call. Sometimes I forget and try to call anyways only to be greeted by the standard computer that takes you through a variety of useless menus when all you have is a simple question.

No way to call. I want to know if I can pick up my package from the office itself rather than wait an extra 24 hours for it to finally make it to my door.

Yea have some priority parts coming in through them, somehow in a house where I live by myself with no animals the package gets dalayed for 3 days cause of a “animal interface on the premises ”. But when I get the text notifications they say it’s inclement weather or national disaster. Really glad that I have to wait cause you are to lazy to at least have a coherent stragem for how to lie about how you can’t deliver on a sunny day.

This location does great work! I went in yesterday around lunch time. The line was long (as is to be expected at any post office) and the two women who were staffing the counter remained courteous the whole time. It took me about ten minutes to get to the counter. Shannon was the agent who helped me with my packages and she went above and beyond! She was excellent and I was so pleased with the service I received at this location. Thanks, Shannon!

I sent 2 📦s - both of them in the same time- to my friend in NY. He got a 📦 but no one knows where is the other one . I called the customer service many times but I couldn't figure out how to talk to real personðŸ˜.

I recieved a notification saying that my package could not be delivered because I wasn't avaliable. I had my package shipped to my university and USPS claims to have attempted delivery at 10 AM on Monday. My university post office was here and open. When I tried to call the United States Postal Service in Conway, they gave me an expected wait time of over an hour after I had already spent over half an hour in their automated menu. I would give them less stars if possible.
