“They are always super nice and helpful. But the gentleman working in there today at around 1pm was just that. A gentleman. He was very sweet and helpful. I was my typical scatter brained self and he was very patient and understanding and he helped me the whole way. He deserves all the praise plus probably a raise.”
“My favorite smoke shop in town. Staff is friendly no matter the time you swing through. They always have what I need and the prices are always reasonable or even a bargain plus there’s Tigger the cat and that ultimately makes this a 100/10 experience.”
“I highly recommend for the best selection here! I asked for a specific vape salt and to my surprise the manager ordered it! I won't go anywhere else from now one! Thank you!”
“Prefer over every other vape store I've been too!! Bought first vape there and pretty much refuse to buy my vaping products anywhere else. Always friendly staff, no matter who is working, and very helpful with whatever questions you may have. Choose Vape City!!!!”
“New owners took over today. The friendliness and good customer service will keep you coming back. They're still filling store so if you have requests come by and let them help you.”
“I've been coming to the Oak Street location for a little over 7 years. And in all that time, by far, I've had the greatest experiences even since Kara has moved to this location. Her customer service is always far above and beyond the normal status quo, if something is out of stock she's on the ball to get it back on the shelves. Her coworkers are always in a positive mood when she's around and has been a pleasure getting to know as a guest. This will be my permanent vape shop”

“Went in needing some help on picking a vape and juice out and Miguel was super helpful! Would highly recommend stopping by if you’re needing any vape or smoke products.”
