“Our cat, Blu left for three weeks. He is from a feral cat, although he is tame with us he is still with a wild nature. He returned home very thin, obvious he had encountered a scrape with another animal. He had open ,oozing wounds with an infection. We arrived at the clinic with Blu our fur baby, greeted by a very friendly and kind receptionist and no appointment. After checking with the Doctor ,we waited maybe 5 minutes or less before the doctor came in to exam and offer a treatment plan. With a diagnosis and an antibiotic injection we were on our way home with the assurance if anything further was needed for our fur baby, they were available anytime. Happy ending…Blu recovered with no complications and is back to his old habits and healthy. We loved this Doctor and her clinic staff who were so kind,understanding and displayed a great concern for the health and well being for Blu. Thank you to everyone at Conway Veterinary Clinic for the compassion you all displayed and offering your service when it was most needed. “I cannot say enough good things about Dr Gabbard and staff. They were so understanding and thoughtful when I brought my 15 year old dog in to be put to sleep. He let us take our time saying goodbye and was even emotional with us. We loved her so much and it helped knowing she was taken care of until the very end. “I brought in a little kitten that I'd rescued to try to give him the best chance I could. The lovely ladies at the front desk dropped what they were doing to come assist. After seeing the signs and low body temp they regrettably informed me that he was trying to pass away and needed to be put down. This hurt to hear because I wanted the little baby to make it. But they saved me the anguish of having to put him down and gave me piece of mind. Thank you ladies! I really appreciate your kind words and attempts to help. I'd also like to add that i stopped into another vet clinic and was going to be charged $350 before they even saw him. At St. Francis, their first concern was not money, it was the little kitten that was in front of them. Again, I just want to thank you all for your compassion and your time! Highly recommend!”

They did an awesome job explaining to me and my neighbor about her baby Bonnie and what the options we had. They gave their medical opinion. They were very thorough about the cost. They also provided the option of cremation. I would recommend this vet to anyone. They also offer cherry pay.”

“I chose this vet somewhat by chance after moving to Conway with my cat, Pumpkin. It was conveniently near my apartment, and I loved that it acted as a grooming/boarding center as well as a vet clinic. It's been 3 years now, and I still love bringing my babies here. In the past, my cat has had health issues and gone to the emergency clinic, so I felt relieved to know that if I needed to be out of town, I could leave her with people that knew her vitals and medical history and would know how to help her! Every time we bring her the staff will come into pet her and say hi. The staff has always been super kind to me and my babies. I just recently adopted a pup, Luka, and we brought him here for a checkup and bath. He is very anxious bc of his past history before he came into our family. They were loving all over him and making him feel safe. He came back clean, dry, and smelling sweet! If I ever have questions, our vet has no problem answering them and will even let us know what products he personally recommends for his own animals. Our vet even helped us narrow down how old our rescue is. They gave us a nice list of recommended dog foods, and our vet even talked us through the ones that would best suit our dog or the ones that tended to cause digestive side effects. I highly recommend bringing your babies here!”

Tiny Cat is the sweetest cat ever and he had a blockage preventing him from urinating. Not only did the staff reassure us, but they also updated us every day after his surgery. He is now on prescription food and thriving!!
