“Our sweet Sadie had to have both of her eyes removed due to acute glaucoma, with the surgeries happening only a short time apart. It has been such an emotional and difficult experience for our family, but Dr. Eric and his entire staff have been absolutely amazing through it all.

Dr. Eric is not only a wonderful veterinarian, but you can genuinely see how much he cares about his patients. He gives Sadie belly rubs, talks to her, loves on her, and always makes us feel like she is in the best hands. Every single staff member has shown her so much love and kindness as well.

They are always friendly, patient with all of my questions, and incredibly quick to respond to my text messages when I have concerns. When Sadie unexpectedly needed her second eye removed so soon after the first surgery, they even worked with us to make the cost as reasonable as possible, which meant more to us than they probably realize.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Eric and his staff. When you’re trusting someone to care for a member of your family during such a difficult time, feeling comfortable and confident in that person means everything. I feel completely comfortable having Dr. Eric care for our girl, and I am so thankful for the compassion and love they have shown Sadie and our family.”

“Our cat, Blu left for three weeks. He is from a feral cat, although he is tame with us he is still with a wild nature. He returned home very thin, obvious he had encountered a scrape with another animal. He had open ,oozing wounds with an infection. We arrived at the clinic with Blu our fur baby, greeted by a very friendly and kind receptionist and no appointment. After checking with the Doctor ,we waited maybe 5 minutes or less before the doctor came in to exam and offer a treatment plan. With a diagnosis and an antibiotic injection we were on our way home with the assurance if anything further was needed for our fur baby, they were available anytime. Happy ending…Blu recovered with no complications and is back to his old habits and healthy. We loved this Doctor and her clinic staff who were so kind,understanding and displayed a great concern for the health and well being for Blu. Thank you to everyone at Conway Veterinary Clinic for the compassion you all displayed and offering your service when it was most needed. “I cannot say enough good things about Dr Gabbard and staff. They were so understanding and thoughtful when I brought my 15 year old dog in to be put to sleep. He let us take our time saying goodbye and was even emotional with us. We loved her so much and it helped knowing she was taken care of until the very end. You are now free to chase all the squirrels and balls you want to Risso! You will be so missed.”

“I chose this vet somewhat by chance after moving to Conway with my cat, Pumpkin. It was conveniently near my apartment, and I loved that it acted as a grooming/boarding center as well as a vet clinic. It's been 3 years now, and I still love bringing my babies here. In the past, my cat has had health issues and gone to the emergency clinic, so I felt relieved to know that if I needed to be out of town, I could leave her with people that knew her vitals and medical history and would know how to help her! Every time we bring her the staff will come into pet her and say hi. The staff has always been super kind to me and my babies. I just recently adopted a pup, Luka, and we brought him here for a checkup and bath. He is very anxious bc of his past history before he came into our family. They were loving all over him and making him feel safe. He came back clean, dry, and smelling sweet! If I ever have questions, our vet has no problem answering them and will even let us know what products he personally recommends for his own animals. Our vet even helped us narrow down how old our rescue is. They gave us a nice list of recommended dog foods, and our vet even talked us through the ones that would best suit our dog or the ones that tended to cause digestive side effects. I highly recommend bringing your babies here!”

“I used to come to this vet years ago with my first dog I really favored this place because they were always very caring and never tried to run up the bill and do unnecessary stuff which I had experienced with bets before finding this one. I have a new puppy and I am going to have to look into coming back
