My 5 month old needs medication. Came by after the doctor appointment and was told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back over 2 hours later and it wasn’t ready, with quite the ugly smirk and remark from the tech. Honestly a little empathy or an apology might’ve gone a long way, we live a very good distance away and need this for our child. Medication called in at 10:20, and at 1:00 pm they’re warning people they’re about to go on lunch break instead of filling prescriptions.

EVERY time we come here to pick up RX that was sent in before we got here we get the come back in 20 minutes, after waiting we go back only to be told come back in 20 minutes then another 20. They never have their stuff together, they are RUDE and unprofessional.

Picking up an already filled prescription takes forever. CVS across the street only takes 5 minutes and that’s with a line. So far it’s taking 10+ minutes per car in the drive thru at Walgreens. Didn’t know I needed to take a full day off work.

Dr submitted prescriptions while in office the pharmacy staff extremely rude, we waited over 24 hours for an antibiotic - the compassion is definite no in this store!
If you hate your job so much leave do the world a favor !!!

Went to pick up a prescription, only for the girl in the drive thru to tell me that it was on back order! Mind you, I did call prior to going up there and the automated system said that the Pharmacist was reviewing it, not that it was on back order. Not only that, but that young lady was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, constantly ignoring me when I had asked if they had another generic prescription that was similar. Also, when I asked her if she could call the other Walgreens on Salem Rd. to see if they had it in stock, she refused and made the excuse that she was busy!! This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had at this location! It's obvious that their employees are not properly trained in providing good customer service and it showed with that young lady's blatant disregard for the customer, and her unwillingness to go above and beyond to assist. She even refused when I asked if the Pharmacist could call the other Walgreens location! One would think that they would at least take the time to check with other locations for their availability instead of just ignoring the customer! Her poor service and blatant lack of professionalism is a negative reflection of the leadership there! Something has to change, or else they will start losing customers!!

I called in to check on the status of prescription this morning at 8:45. The man working in the pharmacy told me that they had my medicine in stock and that it would be ready for me to pick up at 11:10. I let him know I was going to be driving from Little Rock (45 minutes away) to come and pick it up which he assured me wouldn't be an issue. So I get to the drive thru at 11:10 and he says they actually didn't get it in and they didn't know when they would get the next shipment. Are you kidding me? Complete incompetence. I think a 3rd grader could do better than this. Won't be coming back. Don't waste your time.

I use the app to refilll my presentations days in advance before i go to pick them up and everytime it says they are ready I get there and they are out of stock! I get told this after waiting in line for ever bc they move at the slowest pace!

You should let people know how or when they can get their meds not just shut down. If you already filled prescriptions people can’t just get them filled else where. People getting their meds is more important then your profits.
