The drive through service is so incredibly slow. They use to have two lanes and now only one. I was sixth in line and it literally takes them 8-9 pet car. So frustrating!

This Walgreens is great. I came to buy gold bond for my friend cade and I met two employees - Bekah and Luke. I was about to ask Bekah how I could sign up for a credit card but Luke jumped in and got me taken care of. Now I get a % off my purchase! Thank you Walgreens!

Tried to use a rain check for purchase of V-8 at 2 for $6 qty. of 6.
Clerk name of Kathy told me it was past 30 days and no longer valid. I thought it as 60 days but she disagreed and when I requested it back she said she had already torn it up and no longer issued rain checks. I left store very upset and called other store to find out Kathy was wrong on all points. I need this addressed promptly.

Pharmacy staff very professional and willing to help. TWO STARS for the unusual slow service. Record of 20 minutes waiting in line. Additionally they spend more time attempting to locate the filled prescription.

The supervisor and staff at the Walgreens on Salem Road Conway runs a very good Pharmacy there.
If they know that you have some special needs for your Pharmaceuticals they will make sure and take the extra step to give you the service you need.
I wish that more brick and mortar retail establishments would use their approach for customer service it would make life a lot easier

Literally constantly out of stock of every medicine I seem to get prescribed to me. This has been going on for over a year now. I won’t be returning.

Beware!!! This is my 2nd review and the most important. This pharmacy tempers with prescriptions, changes amounts, and likes to play doctor. When you call them, they make no sense in their reasoning why. They are dangerous, they are not doctors. I transferred all to Kroger, and within minutes, they called to say they would no longer fill my scripts as they have a zero tolerance for people yelling at their people. I yelled because they kept up the lies. Well, I have a zero tolerance for ignorance and unethical practices! My health means nothing to them. I already quit them, this was their lame attempt at saving face. So I say beware and double-check your prescriptions when you get them!!!

Be warned, you can be sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes just to get your prescription in under 5 minutes at the window. Can’t believe all the gas I’m burning just sitting here at times.

i bought a gift card from your store17th November 2022 and i tried using my gift card today and it ended up not working, had to call Onevanilla customer service line and I was told the gift card was not properly activated at the store of purchase, I have been finding ways to reach you but I think this is best of cuz I can't just let go of $250, i will tag the receipt of purchase
