They do not have their prescriptions stocked properly, every time you call they will not give you a reason besides they didn't get their truck in. The pharmacist rushed me off the phone and did not help answer any questions. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. There is a reason it has a low star review, but I thought it would be okay. It resulted in me not having my medication on time.

TRUNG is a complete clown. Wouldn’t fill my antibiotic prescription and wouldn’t even give me a days worth bc doctor supposedly left the full instructions off the order and was closed by the time he read it. I had gotten a text saying that my prescription has been filled and ready to pick up. I went to this pharmacy as soon as they opened and said I have a prescription to pick up and she said it’s not filled yet it’ll take about 20 minutes. When I asked why I got a text if it wasn’t filled she didn’t have an answer. I went and stood in front of the pharmacy around 9:30 and at 9:45 they asked me what my name was again to see what medication I needed. They finally got it filled. I realize everyone has their off days but I feel that this pharmacy has off days everyday. The wait time is ridiculous. I will be switching to CVS.

Their "New" setup of having to wait in the same line to drop off a prescription and pick up is a waste of time. Much faster to walk up a drop off a prescription than to stand in line for 20 minutes only to have to stand in line another 20 minutes to pickup your prescriptions. The computer system is unreliable or the staff is unqualified when it takes a month to get a prescription refilled, because they can't see it in their system.

My baby girl was diagnosed with a skin infection that could cause baldness if not treated correctly. I went to the pharmacy to have my baby girl's prescription filled, after I had given them ample time to fill her prescription, at least 3 hours. The pharmacist was nice, but admitted that they had just assumed the doctor's office would call me to tell me that the medication she had been prescribed was on back order, and had been for several months. This was her explanation as to why the pharmacy did not contact me? Had the pharmacy contacted me, I could have gotten prescription transferred elsewhere, or at the very least, contacted the physician's office myself, as she said the dr office did not respond for a prescription change request.

Worst pharmacy in Conway. It was fine up until late last year and it's went down hill since. Some kind of problem filling every prescription for my whole family. Doctors would call in prescriptions hours or even days ahead that would never be ready when I arrived, which would then turn into being told there would be a 20 minute wait, yet over an hour later they still weren't ready. Different excuses for this every time.The blonde pharmacist was cool, but several of the other pharmacists and techs were either kind of snotty or acted as though they didn't want to be bothered. I won't bother anymore because I took my prescriptions to a more professional and reliable pharmacy.

We used this store because it was closer to us. We do go to our neighborhood Walmart more often . I will now drive the less than two miles to Target or use the Walmart on Dave Ward. The two customer service reps today (4/15/19 at around 4:20 pm.) were not only extremely rude and disrespectful but when my husband walked back in, the female "associate " was talking about us. She had her back turned and didn't know my husband was standing there. They should get the lady in the sewing department to teach them how to treat customers. She's the best thing to happen to that store.

Horrible service I went to Walmart tire and lube on Dave ward at 5:55 pm February 28th to get four new tires and was turned away because they said they were short staffed but I saw five techs just standing around doing nothing I was very upset and I want to No if it's store policy to turn away paying customers and I thought tire and lube close at 7pm and that was my only day off and I really need tires!!

Horrible service at this store. Incompetent associates. Twice in the last two days we were emailed that our ship to store items were available. Associates could not find them and were told not here yet. Another associate went back and was able to find them. Took forever, which defeats the purpose of ship to store.
