We took a tire in for him to change, it was done I'm t less than 10 minutes. Took the tire to the vehicle and the jack that we had would not lift the vehicle far enough to put the tire on. We called Jim's tire and they were there within 10 minutes, jacked the vehicle up to allow the tire to fit. We got the tire on. Fast and efficient. Thank you!

We were involved in a side-swipe accident outside of town. Luckily, the officers recommended Jim's! Freddy was able to get our window up in time for us to drive through the rain for the remainder of our trip. Price was so reasonable, definitely a quality family owned place.

Our car overheated on the road nearby Jim’s Auto and Tires. It was almost the end of their day, but a mechanic came out and helped us diagnose the problem and figure out our options. Thanks to their help, we were able to get home safely and avoid ruining our engine.

Our heat stopped working on our way from St. Louis to Houston. Stopped at Jim’s and turned out it was a water pump issue. They were able to get it replaced within a few hours and we were back on the road! Thank you
