Went in for a Mattress many times because I was so undecided about what I wanted. Finally settled on the one that I wanted and dealt with a very kind and informative salesman who obviously knew what he was doing, remind you I had been in the store many of times but he never made me feel rushed to buy..that is always a plus with me. I think his name was Allen not sure though. He made the process so easy and I plan using him again!!!

Ivan Smith made my whole experience extremely easy. Everything was taken care of when I entered the store. Wonderful associates and easy financing. The price-match weekend was exactly as advertised…. Saving me approximately $800 on my front load washer/dryer set! Thanks!

The Ivan Smith Crossett, AR location provided fast, friendly service. Allen did a great job getting my daughters Ashley Raelyn Day bed, dresser & night stand to us quickly. He even loaded it up for us himself. I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs & appliance.

I would recommend Ivan Smith Furniture. The salespeople are easy to work with, polite and knowledgeable. I had to order my furniture and was told it would be a certain day they would get it. It arrived on time and nothing was missing. The salesperson Allen at the Crossett, Ark. store Let me know the minute it arrived and was all accountable.

I was pressed for time and didn't have time to come in and shop. I knew what brand of washing machine I wanted. My saleswoman told me what was in stock. I picked out the one I wanted, payed online and it was delivered a couple of days later. They set it up and were gone in 30 minutes and my life kept going. We love it and she made it so easy.
