IF ITS THEIR FAULT ITS YOUR LOSS!! SERVICE MANAGER SHOULDNT BE IN ROLL NO PROFESSIONALISM DUE TO NO .CAPABILITY OBVIOUSLY PROMOTED OUT OF NECESSITY NOT ABILITYWorst experience ever received. Went in for a flat repair , they said needed 4 new tires . In which I had purched the tires new at this Walmart. They said I bought the tires in Camden Arkansas but couldn't pull up to view information. Asked … pull up to view information , COMPLETE disaster. Asked me did I have receipt from 2 years ago, maybe some people bit not me. So Camden was involved due to my son going to sau tech in which he blew the side out of front tire , I called in purchased his tire and service for an 04 alero white. This Walmart had me as a 08 Impala white with my alero mileage. My car is brown so they mixed em up and saidit's nothing they can do without paper receipt and wouldn't honor the tireswarranty . receipt because of this. So guy at the service station spoke about McDonald's and Burger King two different and can't exchange a big Mac for a whopper but to my understanding Walmart is one no matter where so even if tires were in Camden which were not ,they would be honored here. They couldn't type in simple information but crosset Walmart service center all day afair even if you needed a windshield wiper. Horrible people staff and service centercalled Camden spoke to them they see same same thing but their manager is unavailable and no ,I repeat no store manager at either store nor assistant manager. Basically no warranty will be honored for any tire or service they have it's as worthless as they are professional. It's truly not worth it for shade tree service at a slightly lower price . Slightly lower . These shops should close this one being the first of no leadership can be found . Leaders that can solve the issue when obviously not customers fault, we do not hold their computers but "paper work" which in this case wouldn't had done any good cause it had wrong information , white car ,wrong mileage no dot information which was mighty convenient . Then I had to make em change paperwork today to correct information because I had to have tires labor day weekend nothing open for 2 days and one tire had nail which is what I went in for originally. As I say I'm a honest hard working person but never in a million years have dealt with unprofessional and dishonest no integrity business . . Bought 4 new tires and 1 tpms sensor. They replaced the wrong sensor then didn’t program the new one and didn’t replace with the bad one. So back again replaced all 4 sensors and still can’t program them correctly. This is their 3 rd attempt to get this corrected. Don’t let them replace your tpms parts never again. Walmart in Crossett needs attention. Cashiers seem awesome and real helpful in the checkout and self-checkout lines. But the department employees need significant amount of personality changes and service manners. Walmart needs to update there auto lookup for auto parts.

Insanely slow. Oil change was well over 2 hours on more than one occasion. They also can't properly mount high profile tires.

Very slow, only had 2 workers in an overloaded bay, took 3hrs to get two carry in tires replaced - but it was the only place open!
