“Had a mishap they had to refund money to a card but they were nice and trying everything they could but their way of doing that type of refund was extremely slow because appearantly family dollar corporate only concerns themselves with their money and don't care about getting customers their money back. Got a funny feeling if corporate was owed money they would quickly take you to court”
“Now this Dollar store #765 has came a long ways since Jennifer and Alex started. Them two works hard to provide awesome customer service and clean store. Their always on top of making sure their employees are giving ? percent great customer service. They treat you like family, and always go above and beyond to help their employees and customers. Corapate needs to always give Jennifer and Alex the tools they need to keep the store up and going in a professional matter. Give them hour's for the employees, so Jennifer and Alex and constraint on managing duties. Cause they still do a great job, working with what corapate gives them to work with. “This is probably the cleanest DG I’ve ever been to. On top of that, it has an absolutely incredible manager. Others along with myself were stranded in a snow storm. She let us stay there even though they closed for weather, until we were able to get rides. We were there for hours. Salt of the Earth, very generous, and I am very thankful.”
