Lacking in Customer Service department. Not a 24 hour help line except for lost or stolen debit card. App is horrible, hardly works. Online website is riddled with grammar mistakes and no help with signing on problems. It's just as bad as the App if not worse. Was trying to see if my account had been hacked on a Saturday evening and no help online or on phone was available. Will have to take off work to go in person to bank to see if this can be fixed during a non-holiday weekday. This is not the banking experience customers deserve when there is more to choose from elsewhere. Not a customer friendly bank. Yes, their workers in person at banks are nice, but the bank's (Chambers Bank) policies and services are NOT user/customer friendly.
