We won't be back it was my first time to try someone new besides a local person my wife had used h&r block before so anyway they are advertised to be open until 8 on Google in dardanelle so we get there at 6:15 before 6:30 like they asked. We got set down with the lady and she types it all in tells us what we are getting back and what we have to pay in and before we get to say ok file it or no don't file it she stays putting our account on hold and than starts to put our paperwork in a folder we ask for at least copies of our returns she says well do you plan to use us we said yes she said well if you don't I need a council fee before you get your papers back and refused to give us our papers which we didn't even ask for we just asked for copies of them so finally after she gets rude and says a few words we got our papers back and told to use someone else this might not mean much to some people but I will definitely not be back
