Pharmaceutical malpractice from Toby’s negligence giving the wrong dosage and against the doctor’s request. Pharmacy staff doesn’t call to update you if your prescription refill is on hold for any reason (needing info from doctors, insurance problems, etc.) so don’t expect your prescription to be ready when you show up. They don’t communicate well with the insurance and doctors as they fax only and don’t call the offices for confirmation. Past experience has been very unprofessional to where it gives me the impression the staff is prejudice against certain people based on their care and tone.

Very nice small pharmacy but, the dept. has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped me find some special things I needed.

slow as xmas eve to a kid and not too bright. twice they didn't fill my script because the computer put it on hold. computers don't run my life, but i'm not dimwitted as they. there's always a line and the same cashier who hasn't the time to bag up meds until she gets to you. i'll drive to russellville and pick up my meds via the neighborhood market's DRIVE-THRU. dardanelle is too podunk to have one!
