Great bank and great atmosphere. The lady that helped me had to literally run my account 20 times for a checking account that was not the banks fault for the errors. It was all my fault for not making it there for my original appointment. Mrs. Tammy Mannis was the selling point for me, she went above and beyond to assist me. Despite all the extra troubles I caused the process "TWICE". If you want a bank with hard workers and down to earth. This is the bank for you. I was very pleased and highly reccomend.

Good news. Hopefully they will hire an all new staff. The ones up there now are extremely rude and act as if they are evil. There are only 2 people that are actually nice in the whole bank and that is the 2 ladies who answer the phones. Other than that they need to replace all the rest. Rude people.

I saw where DeWitt Bank & Trust is going out of business and sold this week. It's about time. Maybe the new bank that bought them will get a new staff and turn it back into a good place to do banking.

Rude and a joke is the best summary for this business. The teller in the drive thru was very immature and just hateful. The next time I went inside to conduct my business and it was the same level of rudeness with the inside teller giving me an evil look as if instead of helping me she wanted to keep indulging in her Sonic food in the work area, on her phone and talking with other coworkers instead of paying attention to helping me "the customer"

Had a very unprofessional time with this bank. I would strongly recommend using Farmers & Merchants Bank across town. They are much more professional and want to HELP the customer.

Overall a very unpleasant experience. Unprofessional staff and a long waiting time, although I was the only customer in the bank. This seemed strange enough, as the other banks in town were filled beyond capacity with customers. It is one thing to be rude, but it is even worse to play on your phone and carry on a conversation gossiping about the latest Facebook posts with your coworkers, while someone is trying their damn best to be patient. This was the situation the day I attempted doing business there. I would not recommend using this bank.
