She is trust worthy, honorable and personable. When Jessica says she is going to do something she sticks to her word. She had my problem taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. When she tells you she is going to call you she keeps her word.This is my second mortgage I had with Arvest. I would highly recommend Arvest if you are looking for a mortgage for your home. I have worked with Missy, Sarah and Renee at one of there branches in Russellville Arkansas also.
