WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They’ve had my car for almost two months!!! They replaced parts that were already put on brand new before I brought my car to them. They gave me different days to pick my car up saying it would be ready and it wasn’t. They put my car on the computer for days and were still guessing on exactly what the problem was!! When I called l, the owner was very frustrated, and told me to come pick up my car plus pay for the parts that they put on… MY CAR IS NOT FIXED. MY CAR IS LITERALLY IN THE SAME STATE IT WAS IN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF❗️❗️ COMMUNICATION SUCKS! YOU CAN HARDLY GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE! Needless to say NEVER AGAIN❗️❗️❗️❗️

I do not live in the Memphis area and have been calling this place for 2 weeks straight!! No one ever answers the phone and today someone answered the phone but no one said anything, I just heard people talking in Arabic in the background. Why even have a phone?

I called for a starter, the guy told me over and over that it was already taking off the vehicle. Make it up to the shop just to waste another hour for them take it off. Very very very unprofessional!!!
