“We were visiting family for the holidays and had a 2 night stay. The staff here was amazing! Tammy was working the bar both nights and she was an absolute queen! Full of life and made everyone feel like family. The hotel itself was very nice and keeping with Hilton standards. The rooms were modern, showers large and clean, comfy beds. I only tried the breakfast once but it was amazing for free breakfast. We will be back in a few months and will stay here for sure. The only reason I can’t do the 5 stars is the towels. This is one place where costs were cut :( still worth every penny for the stay.”

“I stayed here during a recent business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The location is super convenient—right off the main road, making it a quick five-minute drive to downtown El Dorado. My room was sparkling clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a total lifesaver after a long day of traveling. The front desk staff provided top-notch service; they were very welcoming and gave me some great local dining recommendations. The breakfast was the standard Hampton spread, but everything was fresh and delicious (you can't go wrong with those waffles!). Overall, the hotel has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. If you’re looking for a reliable stay with excellent service in the area, this place is a total win.”

“So I am giving this Candlewood 5 stars based on the friendliness of the staff. We stay here because of proximity to my father in laws house and have had a peaceful stay every time. Check in is quick and you’re just a few minutes from downtown. The rooms are what you would expect, clean, basic, and comfy bed. There are other places we could stay when we visit but no matter who is working the front desk, they always greet you with a big smile and genuinely ask you how your day is going. Very good spot off the highway if your traveling”

“I was in town this past weekend for a family reunion and chose to stay here. The service was excellen! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Although the pool was out of service, everything else made for a great stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality!”

“Everything was wonderful. Perfect location. Comfortable beds, a bit on the smaller side, than we're used to. 2 king rooms would be better, or 1 king, 1 queen room. Breakfast the 1st morning for us was great, Debra was amazing!! The 2nd morning, nit so much, the lady didn't have any eggs out, and the biscuits were hard. Other than that, we'll for sure be back.”
