“They were extremely helpful when another U Haul in the area did not bother in opening on the day of my pick up, and cancelled my reservation without my knowledge ( there were at least 3 other people waiting as well). Very nice people on top of helpful.”

“U-pack provided an outstanding service in each phase of our move: from trailer drop-off at our house to trailer pick-up at the destination. All three drivers we interacted with were professional, knowledgeable and understanding. They provided a lot of useful information and tips and helped in many different aspects. I would recommend this service to anyone planning a long-distance move!”

“Shasta Brown, I'm sorry you feel this way. Would you remind me of when you worked here, exactly? I've been here for over 10 years and I'm having a little trouble remembering you.”
