“I was at the register and I seen an employee named Jack taking care of an elderly couple. She didn't quite know what she was doing and after the transaction he told her he'll take care of her. The lady and the gentleman in electric cart you could tell was happy that somebody would go to that length to help them. I don't know if he was loading mulch or something outside but I was amazed at the customer service by him. I have over 15 years at Walmart and I understand what customer service is.”
