“It's a good old-school family-oriented pharmacy with reasonable prices. It's usually a little crowded when I go there either on the inside or in the drive-thru, the waiting time is usually fair and the employees are usually nice. If their phone service was more reliable meaning you gotta call like 10 times (busy sound) before you get someone on the phone I would've given Melvin’s Pharmacy 5 stars”
“Went today to get a prescription from being called in from the Urgent care clinic and was very well taken care of. I did have to wait a while, but it wasn’t their fault. It was taking some time for the medication to come through, and I didn’t mind waiting because I know it was a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was polite and helpful. They had four staff and it got busy for a moment. They took care of everyone very patiently and no one waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. I could tell some people were getting irritated about their medications, but from what I could see because I was sitting, it wasn’t/ didn’t appear to be the staffs fault. I could be wrong, but these four people worked, so well together. I did have to wait an hour and 15 mins for my medication, but I was constantly checked on, and told it wasn’t called in yet. So again it wasn’t their fault, but I didn’t mind being patient because as an RN I know weekends can be easy or busy. And working for the general public can be hard as well. Thank you for taking such great care of me and the other people that were helped while I was there. I’ll definitely use this pharmacy again over both Walgreens on a weekend when Smackover is closed if I need to.”

“Medic Pharmacy is great and so much better than Walgreens on Grove. The employees are very courteous and helpful. I will use Medic Pharmacy from now on. They always have medications prescribed by your Physician in stock, unlike Walgreens on Grove who very seldom have medications in stock prescribed by your Physician, also there are several employees at Walgreens on Grove that are not courteous or helpful along with very nasty attitudes.”

“The store is very clean and well stocked. I love the self checkout, because I can get out quickly and I get to bag the items the way I want.
They’re carry out (baggers) people help with taking them to my vehicle and return the shopping cart for me.
This is a nice little store for El Dorado, and not as overwhelming as Walmart.”
