We were very pleased with the services we received at Karl Malones and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Also the girl at the service desk was very polite and knowledgeable about the services being provided, not only with us but with everyone. I give her customer service skills a 5 star rating also, because that’s just as important as the mechanical services in my book!

Took my vehicle to have oil change, rotate tires and had it washed. Tylas was very polite and caring. He had someone take me home and bring my vehicle back. Car looked brand new after the wash job.

Service OK. Tires on 4WD should be rotated in Rearward Cross pattern or X pattern. NOT front to back and back to front on the same side!!! They did not do this and it will increase uneven tire wear and road noise due to the uneven wear. I will Jack up the rear when I get home and swap the rear tires myself.This is simple. Not sure I want major mechanicals done here.

Very helpful staff, starting with JR, the internet sales manager, i sent an inquiry on a sunday, and he got back with me first thing monday, i went up there, he got me squared away, wasnt 100% sure i wanted the unit, he lent me the vehicle overnight to drive around with the family, went great, followed up tuesday with Alicia in sales, and she was wonderful to deal with, knows her stuff, knows what will and wont work, and ended in the finance with Jay Webb, made it quick and painless. Good group of people to deal with!

Although it took nearly two weeks to get an appointment, the courtesy and service was worth the wait. Since the service was the purchase and programming of a second key fob for my Avalon, the wait was no big deal. I’m still a believer that good service sells cars and ensures repeat business. My Toyota Highlander has been in their service dept for a month now, and it’s still not fixed!! This is the third time we’ve taken the Highlander to them for the same thing. Told them a month ago that it’s staying with them until it’s fixed. They’ve tried several things, replaced parts and it’s still not fixed!! This is our second Highlander with issues. I’be been very confident with Toyota dependability, but don’t feel that way anymore. We’ve always owned at least one Toyota between my wife and I since 1986. Toyota quality just isn’t what it used to be!!

Place is too small, way too chaotic.Service shack is a small little tight disaster.Waiting area is so cold you can freeze beef.Computer systems are all messed up.Service entrance and main area for all happenings, is a hall.Never asked me what kind of oil I wanted.Never asked me for my lug key, but almost kept it. What? my truck was rummaged through to find the key?Rocks were left in my tread.100 minutes to change the oil—- with an appointment.The whole experience made me nervous.I will never go there again.I asked for what the vehicle needed for the mileage and got an oil change. Sheesh…. I will take it to someone else who is competent enough to check everything. They never even looked at anything but the oil. Avoid this place!I bought the truck from Karl in SLC- now they know how to run a dealership/service. Not here, Karl your loosing customers.

We got the vehicle we wanted but was told we were approved at a certain interest rate but after we got through there found out we had a higher interest rate. When it came to financing department we never saw the contract. Never went over the contract. Nothing. The finance guy signed my husbands name on the contract with his tablet without showing it to us or talking about it. Never will I buy from here again

Considering how difficult it can be to secure the vehicle you want in a timely manner these days, this process was basically flawless with Karl Malone Toyota. We had done a little research and stopped by and told them what we were looking for. Within a couple of hours, they called and told us they had found it. We agreed to the projected delivery date, and we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived a few weeks early. The staff have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and we’re very appreciative for all that they have done to ensure that this has been a pleasant and successful experience.
