I was totally surprised at t.j Maxx in eldorado. The associates were smiling laughing with the customers and they liked their job. I did not see this in Walmart. The store look very nice and I would say better than the store in Rogers Arkansas which I shop. I was totally surprised in the bathroom. Everything in this bathroom had it to where you didn't have to touch anything, including the door coming out.

I came in here today and a lady refused to sell us a body scrub because it had some product on the lid. Are you serious? Clearly someone else had smelled it and product was simply on the lid and could’ve been wiped off. The jar wasn’t even damaged at all. I thought this was clearly ridiculous. Then, she called someone to bring another one and I politely informed her that there were not any others. She still went on and on about how she had to call someone. For a $4.99 body scrub? Get a grip. Less money spent due to this foolishness and that’s quite alright with me.

I wanted to share how much I appreciate the customer service at my local TjMaxx in El Dorado. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful however I want to spotlight someone in particular, her name is Angel Welch. She always has a smile on her face and has really gone out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure my shopping experience is great. I always look forward to seeing her smiling face when I am in the store. Thank you Angel for your outstanding customer service it is very appreciated.

I never buy myself anything from TJ Maxx, but my wife loves to come here and shop. Anytime we come to El Dorado, the first place we go is TJ Maxx. They do have a good selection. There are so many things to look through, it can be overwhelming.The staff is always friendly and the checkout line seems to move pretty quickly.I'm giving them a 5 stars because if I gave them anything less I would be sleeping on the couch... Jokes aside, the store was clean, they have a large selection, and the staff were friendly. So 5 ⭐ in my book.

This place is great. They've got some really good deals sometimes and a lot of stuff for guys. If you need to buy your girl a dress (suggested) this is a good place to go.
