My baby sister got me a great gift from Verizon so now I have a awesome new phone on her plan. And I can still use it without having to be contacted to any wifi. Which I think is so totally awesome.

Version in EL Dorado Arkansas use to be the best but since it was sold.....I'm not happy with my service you can tell a difference in service since MSC took over....it's not the same as it was!! The store is mostly empty and they have nothing on site. The service isn't the same!!I just feel like this place could do so much better! Especially for several long term $500 a month customers!! Just my review so.....

Better off going in to a actual Verizon store. We added some family members to our Verizon account and we paid the $35 activation fee per line there and then got a bill from Verizon for the same activation fees. When I called this store about it, they told me that was "Russell cellular's" activation fee because they are a independent contractor and has nothing to do with Verizon. That was never told or discussed me with. We were told it was Verizon's activation fee not "Russell cellular's" activation feesEdit: We did have data transfered or back up or a new device setup. We had our own phone. The only thing he did was transfer 2 phone numbers from straight talk to Verizon and give us 2 sim cards to install and one of the phone wasn't even there with us, we installed the sim card later that day.All I am saying is, If the $35 set up fee is from Russell cellular and not the Verizon activation fee the customer should be notified of that, Instead of being told the $35 is a Verizon activation fee, then a day later Verizon charging there actual $35 activation fee and the customer finding out that the $35 they paid is not what they were told it was for.
