I rented a storage room here for my furniture when I moved to Fayetteville. We kept that room for 8 months until I could move from the temporary small apartment into a house. They were always friendly and easy to work with.

Been storing here a while, and now they hit me with a 25% rent hike but for what, exactly?? The place looks worse every year. The front office is tired and rundown, unit doors are beat up, and there’s still that long-abandoned car wash rotting on the property like an eyesore from decades past. Back in my day, you earned a price increase by improving the place. Here it’s the opposite: higher bill, lower standards. Stop nickel-and-diming loyal customers and fix the property before you ask for another dime. One star.

Set up was very simple. Nice spot not visible from the main road for storage with security gates. Staff is kind and easy to work with.

Anita, the manager at my location, is a pleasure to deal with, and always helps find the best solution for my needs. l truly appreciate the clear and timely notices of upcoming due dates and acknowledgement of payment received. Great storage unit experience!! My daughter is a student at the University of Arkansas and we are from CA. It was an easy process from beginning to end. The manager was very kind and helpful and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my daughters belongings, including her car behind for the summer.
