“We rented a unit with College Street Storage for two months. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The guy called me as soon as there was a unit available. The office was fairly easy to reach, and if they missed our call, we got a call back the next business day. When we didn't need their facility anymore, we just moved our stuff out and removed the lock. They charged us for the next month, but I called to say we'd left before the end of the prior month and I was refunded within two days. I highly recommend this facility.”

“I was looking to purchase a container, and possibly needed 2 or 3. I spoke to Becky and Lori, told them exactly what I was looking for, and price range. I showed them other quotes I got and they gave me a very comparable price. They offered the different ways to pay, told me up front the CC percentage the processing company charges which they simply pass along, or if I wanted to avoid that, the other methods I could pay. The entire process was hassle free and very, very easy to work with. They were even able to have the containers loaded onto a truck while I was finishing paperwork, when I was leaving, the delivery driver was about to pull out and deliver them. The driver that delivered them, I believe was Jorge or Jesus (I forgot now) was absolutely the best. Very easy to work with, had no issues putting the boxes exactly where I wanted them using 45-50ft trailer. Placed with precision and didn't come close to rubbing the tires on any curbs. If you're looking for a container, go see these people, hands down the best.”

Customers deserve to know what they’re signing up for*I only rented here because I thought it was a secure facility. There is barb wire around the top and a gate that everyone has a passcode for. For the last TWO months the gate has been wide open, I went to my storage unit a few weeks ago and all of my things were torn through and stolen. Including my tv, my air conditioner and some important things that were my grandfathers. I’ve been trying to get ahold of management for A MONTH and I just got ahold of them today only for them to tell me that there is absolutely nothing they can do(not even a video recording or helping to file a police report) and the lady condescendingly telling me that the gate doesn’t make a difference because someone could jump the fence whenever they wanted. Which is seemingly untrue based on the fact that my unit wasn’t broken into until after the gate had been left open for month. After the management changed about 2 years ago this place really went downhill and I’d suggest finding somewhere secure and worth your while for storing your items.**only put 5 stars so the review wasn’t hidden from people trying to find out about this place **”
