Waited all day for a package just the delivery driver to lie and say that they attempted to deliver my package when I saw neither Hyde nor hair of them all day. I was at home all day literally waiting and looking for the postman for my package and for them to blatantly lie and say they tried to deliver it and encountered an obstacle is the reason why nobody wants to fund this bullshit government program anymore. I understand that shipping and mail carrying has issues and packages can be late even by what's put online but to blatantly lie and say that they tried is a misrepresentation of the fact that I just cannot abide.

I can't trust this post office; they have put the wrong mail in my mail box. Also, a week ago I was expecting a package and they didn't put it in my mail box; so my husband chased them down the street and they had it. The service is so bad. Extremely slow. Right now it's 6:30pm and my packages still haven't arrived.

The only negative i have to say is them not being able to tell me the reason why a package is delayed. Other than that, employees have always been friendly and helpful.

The fatbody manger of this facility is a grade A POS who will chase every dollar while gleefully enforcing the tiniest of rules. May he be the Postmaster General in hell. Typical government thug. Apparently his 11am to 1PM nap time isn't enough.

Except for the hours, which is beyond their control, I have always found the employees in this little post office both friendly and efficient. They have always been helpful with me.

Already had a problem with a package being completely lost. The woman treated me like I was a child and very rude. However, I got an update for a new package and am informed that my package is being held at post office at the request of customer. I never requested this but now I have to wake up early and drive all the way to post office just to get a package. They need to train staff better or get newer staff

I went in to change my P.O. Box today. I wanted to support my local small town post office. The whole inside of the front room was decorated beautifully, even fresh free treats for guests as they arrive. I was hopeful for a wonderful new post office to continue with. Instead, I was greeted with a woman who treated me like I ruined her day just by stepping through the door. I’ve set up a P.O. Box before, yet the entire time she treated me like a bafoon. The icing on top is when 3-4 more customers enter after me and she begins chatting happily with them and the other employee beside her. When my 6 months are finished I will be switching back and not continuing with this office.

They are rude to customers, are not helpful, and have the worst business hours possible to where most people can't go before/after work or during lunchbreak because they are closed.

Employees here are Nice and Helpfull. I have rented a post office box here for several years now.
