“What a delightful and unexpected stop this was! We were shopping around in downtown Eureka, and I noticed a museum sign. I love history so I voted we check it out. Come to find out, it is still a transactional bank! It was a beautiful look into the history of banking and the family business they have thrived within. The woman who was working the teller counter was full of so much information and was so kind. I thoroughly enjoyed our surprise stop in here and would love to stop again in the future. Side note, they currently have some pretty good CD rates as well!”
“The app is not accurate with the amount you have in your account. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a call back regarding this issue. I will call to make sure my app is giving me an accurate balance before I make any transactions.
Edit: this issue has been resolved and I am overall satisfied with CS bank where I have been an account holder for 7 years.”
“I don't like to just throw around 5 star reviews but the team at CS Bank on Hwy 23 in Holiday Island deserve it. Whenever I call, I can actually get through to someone right away, they can answer any question, or they get back to me promptly. In today's tech world of voice prompts and overseas customer service it's nice to get good ole fashion genuine customer service.”
“Bank with accessible checking and basic services. Is it a credit union? Unfortunately, no. They wanted to charge me eight bucks for a single cashier's check. Aside from that, what can I say... it's a reliable and friendly regional bank.”
“Equity Bank in Eureka is led by a big hearted lady and i have always felt welcomed. They took care of my needs for many years and always strived to resolve occasional issues.”
