My wife believes in these products whole heartely, til they wont stand behind faulty products. She has purchased over 1000$ in merchandise. 500$ of it being the 2 tone layered hearts bracelet and the tungsten bracelet. She lost the hearts bracelet while wearing it (we know this because she never took it off). This warranted a trip to Eureka Springs to replace it with the Tungsten bracelet. She again never took it off. This braclet also fell off her wrist. When I contacted and explained this situation to Mr. Larry Moore the first question he asked me if she brought it in to be repaired due to a faulty clasp, I said no she didnt know the clasp was faulty til it was gone. Mr. Moore consulted with his supervisor and a 15% discount was offered off of a new one. While we genuinely appreicate this we were surprised it wasnt more especially when there is a known problem with the clasps. We were fully prepared to order another 275$ tungsten Pyramid bracelet at a 50% discount. Also My wife wanted to purchase a cross for my birthday March 4th but after the disappointment of the offer she decided She did not wish to spend more money with a company that doesnt stand behind their products especially for the prices we have paid for the other items and the fact they knew there is a problem with the clasp. The products we have purchased previously: Steel Checker-150$ Tungsten w/abalone- 130$ Gold Hydratune bottle-299$ 2 tone layered hearts-200$ Tungsten Pyramid- 275$

So sad to see my bracelet fading to silver after only two weeks as well as my partners being completely scratched after being assured it was scratch proof. Shortly after the purchase I looked up my bracelet from the original maker, and found out it was only $70 from them yet I paid $120. It has done absolutely nothing for me or my partner. Very frustrated in myself for buying. Will never ever buy again.

We are convinced. Annie Moran was excellent. Really explained everything well, answered all our questions and did the demonstration again for us when we were questioning how the everything worked. Highly recommend folks give this a try and go see Annie. My mom and I are glad we did!

This company tried to scam me. I was warmly greeted and invited into the shop by a saleswoman. She asked me if I was aware of the jewlery's health benefits. When I said 'no', she said she would happily demonstrate the positive effects. The saleswoman had me stand on one leg with both arms out. She pressed down on my arms, which caused my body to wobble as I tried to maintain my balance. Putting a ring in my hand, she did the test a second time. This time, I effortlessly stood up straight. She had demonstrated the ring's ability to improve my balance. This is a common scam. Whether a person loses balance or not depends on which direction the scammer presses down on their arm. If they press down and slightly away from your body, you lose balance. If they press down and toward your body, you don't lose balance. All you can feel is them pressing down on your arm; you do not feel whether they're pressing slightly away or toward your body. This is what makes the scam so believable. I told the saleswoman I know how the trick works. She asked, "How?", and I told her it has to do with which direction she presses down. She started to explain, "Although that's possible, that's not what happened..." I interrupted her, "That's precisely what happened." I thanked her for her time and left, only because I knew my girlfriend didn't want drama. Otherwise, I would have openly condemned her behavior. This doesn't even scratch the surface. The claims made by the shop is based on pseudoscience. The fact that they promote these scam tests is pretty strong evidence that know their jewelery has zero health benefits. This means they're knowingly taking advantage of people, including those who are in pain. Although these people are not as bad as robbers, I will at least credit robbers with being honest.

Total scam. She is very convincing. Upon leaving we discussed our encounter with the charlatan. She catches you off guard and throws you off balance. Then places a ring or bracelet on you, and changes tactics. Instead of shoving you backwards she pull's straight down on your arm.

We had great experience at the store! Raina made us feel very welcomed and definitely very grounded (no pun there) We purchased two matching rings and a pair of earrings. So far I’ve been wearing my ring for an hour and I feel more energetic than usual, will have to come back to this review to report on how it works in a few weeks or so
