Both technicians are SO knowledgeable and have always been able to solve any phone issues I've had. They don't pressure me to get more expensive options that I don't need. I highly recommend this Verizon store over others I've visited.

Dustin was so knowledgeable. Switching phones when you have a lot going on can be scary! But Dustin made it seamless. I have all my old settings, apps, photos and messages, but on a much better new phone!I’d never have gotten this level of sincere care anywhere else. I love my small town. My 79 year old dad I mistakenly told can go to any Verizon store because he is a Verizon customer. My mom just passed away a month ago and my dad had just gotten a new phone from the Verison store in Berryville. We are both stressed and distance, death, and covid have made us vulnerable. I call my dad twice a day and I live in Colorado. He somehow had put his phone on mute. He just needed help to take it off mute because he wasn't getting a ring and I couldn't explain it over the phone after we tried for over an hour. He went to your Verizon store today and was told he would be charged to look at his phone. And my father had to drive all the way to the Berryville store to get his mute button turned off. How about just being a human being and help a born and raised senior citizen of Eureka Springs who is alone during covid with a phone question.

So yesterday the battery in my jet pack died. Leaving me even more isolated with no desk top internet access. I was not happy. I phoned Common Sense and my call was returned promptly. Not only did they have the battery in stock (at a decent price) Dustin popped it in and checked the unit out in minutes. All while social distancing. Excellent service! A great place to do business!

I needed to upgrade my Verizon phone. Sabrina was very knowledgeable, as well as super friendly. She ended up staying through her lunch time to set up my phone. I was very impressed with their customer service.
