The new drive through is terrible. It took $10 from me that I haven’t got back. It also took over night for the money that I deposited to get into my bank account. It takes a lot longer now in line then it did before as well. I’m not sure why they put these ITMs in. They are less efficient and more of a hassle. If they allowed you to make deposits after hours it would at least make a little bit of sense, but I’m definitely moving my funds elsewhere.

New atms are terrible. 4 lanes of service turned into two. That aside, things still take twice as long… and for what… so the bank could save money??

I'm kinda disappointed, I can't get ahold of y'all on Saturdays. it says your open but y'all have no number.... I deposited my paychecks over the phone but nothing in my account yet. I'm working in California so I can't show up there I might just have to find a new institution. It's also funny how you only respond to positive reviews it's almost like you DON'T care about how your costumers feel.

I’ve had a few bank/ financial institutions in my life, but none compare to the local, unique, and genuine approach that CS Bank gives you. Donna Hodge, Nikki, and the staff there are fantastic. While driving through Eureka we broke down with motor home .we pulled into huge dirt parking lot behind bank there are not any no parking signs in place we needed 2 hours to get part for vehicle .the bank manager Jason said leave or will get towed funny if you got stuck in my lot I would actually have helped you .you probably call yourself a Christian .

As a gift when I was born my mom received a savings account at then Bank of Eureka Springs in my name. I have had an account ever since. I moved to Oklahoma for college, kept my Cornerstone account, then Massachusetts after that, kept my Cornerstone account, and now living back home working for the family business I have my Cornerstone account. All personal and professional finances are at Cornerstone because they are the best and care about their customers. 29 years down, forever to go.
