Randomly walked into Eureka Charcuterie, and was greeted by the owner who described and served each sausage. Absolutely impressed with every flavor, it was difficult to decide each one… Definitely recommend and will come back for more.

We got the buffalo hot wing and hot chorizo. Both were great. Scott was great with questions and samples. Definitely recommend.

We visited Eureka Charcuterie about a month ago. We brought home some of the house-made sausage. I have to tell you, the Spicy Curry sausage is one of the top 20 best things I've ever eaten.
We'll be back as soon as we can!

This little store is a must visit for me every time I visit Eureka Springs. Love the selection of cheeses they have a well as their salami! They have many other tempting items.
FYI, they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Some of the best salami I've ever eaten. Large selection of cheeses as well. Scott was very helpful and kind. I will return here again when in the area.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We got a board when we came into town on Friday and it was so good that we got a board to take home with us, along with some cheese, meat and jam. The cheese is local from the Amish and Mennonite community. The sausage is cured in house. Definitely worth a try! Would also make a great gift! Thanks Scott for being so helpful! We will return!

Amazing salami. Still not sure which is my favorite. Also purchased several cheeses; none of them were disappointing. This will be a stop we make any time we are in the area! Thank you for the wonderful service and outstanding food!
