Really fun going into this shop, shop keeper was super nice and helped my boyfriend fix his swiss army knife. I was able to buy one for myself as well. They have really cool German clocks and it was fun being here. Definitely make a stop here if you are in the downtown area.

They had post cards and some very nice rings. The clocks were cool even though I don't really use them. They dinged sometimes

I will not be shopping here until January 2, but I am going to be pleased to do so because they don’t require masks. If you don’t want to be around people who don’t wear masks, stay home. I’m tired of all your whining.

Great store. They sell Cathedral Bells wind chimes, knives from various manufacturers, gifts, and clocks. All quality products, and great service. I have Cathedral Bells ( most beautiful sounding wind chimes; resonate forever and hand tuned to key of C ). I have a Bark River knife (Bravo 1) from there, bought by my wife for my birthday! The service in this shop is over the top. Ryan ( owner ) has vast knowledge of many things and is easy to converse with and customer service oriented. I live in Des Moines, Iowa, but am tempted to drive there the next time I want to buy a knife. Love the store and the experience. It is true, they don't wear masks ( that's a positive in my opinion ) but I doubt they mind if you want to wear one ( Its America, personal choice is a freedom we are privileged to enjoy.) If more stores conducted business as they do in this shop, shopping would not be such a miserable endeavor. Go here when in Eureka Springs. Aside from the natural beauty, this is the areas greatest attraction.

Was looking forward to browsing this shop, but shortly after entering the lady running the shop loudly declared no one had to wear masks. We left after that as I refuse to shop at a place that has so little concern over customer health and safety

I've actually never written a review in my life but I have to say something about this store. I purchased a wizard of Oz snow globe from there and when I got home I found that it was damaged (through no fault of their own we just didn't open the box until we got home). I called them from my home about an hour away and they not only replaced the item but also shipped it to my front door. I am truly impressed with the prompt correction. These days most copanies would've said sorry about your luck! Thanks Eurecka Clock Co!

I bought a ring at the end of September, and within two weeks it broke. I wasn't worried at first, because when I bought it I was told if it broke, I could return it and get my money back. If that was the case, we wouldn't be here. What actually happened was when I went back to return it, I was told that I had to send it into the manufacture, and they'd replace it (and pay $4.75 for shipping). All in all I was very disappointed.

Such a fun quirky place. You need a cuckoo clock? They gots it. We found an antique clock Art Deco style. I don't collect clocks, but this one was described as "highly collectible". Very cool old piece that we were excited to find. The salesman was very thorough and explained how to maintain and operate it. It was then that I realized I'd just bought myself another chore! I guess I forgot that all clocks aren't "atomic". Lot's of other stuff there too. Fun place.
