Absolutely fantastic hotel experience. I have never said that before and I traveled for work for 11 years. Cris was fantastic even though we arrived very very late, he greeted us and took care of our needs with a smile. Emily in housekeeping let us take a peek at the different types of rooms and I can honestly say they are all amazing. No two are exactly the same. The history of the hotel is incredible. The whole town is wonderful and our experience at the Grand Central made it even more wonderful. I will say one more thing in the evening we cracked our door open and listened to the music from downstairs a little close dancing and it was the end to a perfect day. Thank you for meeting our needs and helping us create wonderful memories.Rooms: Clean, roomy, fantastic bathtubNearby activities: Shopping. Eating

The location was perfect! The only thing that could have been better was her sister hotel up on Spring St but it was booked! I loved my room. You could see it looked like maybe some updates were going on or needed in the bath, but oh the antiques ?This place is an elegant step back in time and the staff were so very nice!

The grand hotel was convenient for me to walk to where I was going . The only problem I have with the hotel is the STAIRS lol no elevator . And when u have bad legs and messed up ankles stairs are not your friend. But it was my first time to Eureka . The staff was polite and courteous. It is on the main strip so if you don't like loud motorcycles driving by and big trucks and such probably would want to find a quieter venue. But like I said I needed something within walking distance of food, shops and the Auditorium.Walkability: I needed to stay somewhere close to the Auditorium and you really couldn't beat the walk ability factor to and from . I ate at some local cafes and shopped at a bunch of the local shops. It was a pretty decent area

The Grand Central Hotel was perfectly located in the historical area of Eureka Springs. The fact they have a large parking lot right next to the hotel made access very easy. We enjoyed the historical beauty inside and out. Our room (203) was spacious and included a large wrap-around balcony. The large jetted tub was surprisingly big enough to easily accommodate two people side by side. The shower pressure was the best we have ever experienced, making it especially luxurious. Their restaurant came highly recommended, but unfortunately was temporarily closed.

We did not go inside, but it is definitely one of the most photographed and recognized place in Eureka Springs. It's beautiful!

My daughter and I snuck away for a weekend and booked a king suite at this location. They hooked us up with a rollaway bed so we didn’t have to share a bed (my daughter is a little too old for all that lol). The room was exquisite. Victorian style. The beds-SO COMFORTABLE! And I have to give Chris props-from the moment he checked us in to the last minute we saw him he was giving recommendations, taking time to talk to us, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I don’t come to Eureka enough, but I will hands down stay here every time from now on. What a wonderful establishment and the location is PERFECT. We were able to just walk everywhere!

The restaurant was absolutely awful. Service was poor and they ran out of everything by 630pm. We will not return. The lack of urgency by staff was astonishing: This was very disappointing.

Very neat hotel, surprised! Coach not comfortable but matches the setting, nicely decorated, love original woodwork, very quite, has good ambience, good location, ice machine in the room, 75” tv with Netflix, jacuzzi tub, no breakfast .

New Years Eve ball was top-notch. The food was amazing! The waiters and waitresses busted their tails to make sure you were having a good experience and completely satisfied. We hope to come back soon!

We did not stay there, we ate there. The fish was really good, the chicken was OK. The service was slow, but we had a big party. The appetizers were all shellfish and we don't eat shellfish. Atmosphere was nice.

Chose 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Selected this hotel for the location. Basically did not interact with anyone while we were here (no front desk... not staffed). If you need something... just do without. All done by phone, and that was highly hit or miss. We were the only ones there. Bad weather made us leave 2 days early. Called to get some kind of reimbursement. I asked for one day reimbursement, not two. Flat out no.

The Staff was very helpful with getting our luggage up the stairs to our room, that was far bigger than I had expected for the price. Sure it was older and could use some touch ups here and there, but we were informed the current owner is upgrading rooms one at a time to bring the hotel back to its former glory. That being said, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the fact there was a separate sitting area with TV, keurig coffee maker, and a small refrigerator made it extra nice as we had some place comfortable to sit other than our bed. The location was perfect as it was away from right downtown but still close enough we had no problems walking to and from places downtown. And to top it off we loved having the restaurant right there in the hotel. We will be staying again, hopefully sooner than later.
