“Two words, AMAZING EXPERIENCE, the rooms are very comfortable, and cozy. Everyone is very friendly. Peaceful atmosphere, loved the waterfall with the Koi fish, all the beautiful touches. Mrs. Sarah was a wonderful host, southern hospitality at its best. And if you get a chance to visit sugar and crumb walk across the street. We would definitely stay here at EUREKA SUNSET CABINS again.”

“Me and my girlfriend decided to go to eureka and found this bed and breakfast. The room was great it's old but is very maintained. The room was very quiet and we got the room with the breakfast nook. It had a nice outdoor area which was very peaceful. The breakfast was very good and they even went to the store and got milk because I don't drink coffee. I really enjoyed the room and my stay. My only even slight complaint was the mattress was a bit firm for me. But that's more of a me issue and not the owners fault. Id definitely got back again amber made our stay very amazing if you want a quiet place to relax that's peaceful this is a great place to go. I love how the owner really tries to make it look like it's original decor you feel like you stepped back in time. This place definitely has good character which you don't see anymore. Between the fixtures and the nice fireplace you can tell someone really cares about your stay.”

“This hotel has such the perfect location, the trolly and tram station is across the street, food and coffee near by along with different attractions. You are close to the downtown Main Street area but a slight distance from it to where it’s laid back. The room was nice, clean, bed mattress was soft and the check-in process was fast and easy. The staff made you feel like family. The only thing I wish the rooms had was a microwave but other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.”

“This has to be the finest accommodations in Eureka Springs. First of all, we couldn’t ask for better communication with the host (Judy). She gave us clear instructions when we booked, what to expect on parking, and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. My wife and I stayed three nights in the Gallery suite, and it was immaculately clean. The kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom had every amenity covered. It is at street level, but the blinds could be pulled, opaque, or blackout, so we could easily choose the level of privacy. The location is just a short walk from downtown, and there is a trolley stop right next door. We did not want to leave and hope to book this place again very soon!”

“The Lotus suite was beautiful and spacious. The full kitchen. Was very nice and the jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. I especially loved the small door out to the back porch with a swing. Had a great stay!”

“If you love peaceful and relaxing, this place is for you. Our stay at this best western will be stuck in our memory forever. Perfect amenities for our family of 5. Kids age 12, 10, and 9. Great restaurant and the staff were wonderful! A special shout out to staff integrity!! We had forgotten a few things in the room that were very dear to us and after a call, they found what we were after and sent them to us right away. We are forever grateful :)”

“This is an amazing resort. I’m not sure I understand how it’s only 2 stars. This place is beautiful. Top tier sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower in a picture perfect wooded area with twinkle lights all around for added beauty. Brand new hammocks in the woods that are just lovely and set in a gravel path so you can avoid ticks. My husband and I were able to completely unwind. It was like I was on a retreat. All staff were very friendly. The pool felt like salt water. It was really a lovely stay. They had pickle ball courts and games… so many games. It felt so relaxing. We don’t want to leave.”

“We love the location of Wishing Star cottage. One of the bedrooms is really small but that didn't bother us. We have been back multiple times now and can't wait to go again. The location is awesome and the view of Christ of the Ozarks is the icing on the cake.”

“The owners were very nice and exceptionally accommodating. They strive for 5 star reviews and in turn shows. They really do care about your stay and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy throughout the entire stay. The Piedmont is an incredible 1880’s historic building with much charm and conveniently located.”

“I stayed in suite one and it was absolutely beautiful! The drive there turned out to be extremely stressful but the stress was gone as soon as I walked in. It was so peaceful despite being g a decidedly not peaceful day in Eureka Springs. It's hard to make a hotel this age look truly clean but they definitely do a good job of it! The bed was really comfy which surprised me because I have a bad back and rarely sleep comfortably in a bed that isn't my own. The person who checked us in was very friendly. The location was also great. It was easy to walk everywhere but still nice and quiet at night. There are 2 things to know that I imagine could be tricky if you're not prepared. They were no problem for us but would may be for someone not expecting it.
1. The front desk is not staffed overnight. So, if you want extra towels or something, maybe ask at check in (which they happily supplied. ) There is a way to reach someone after hours but we didn't need to.
2. Parking can be tricky. There is an unloading zone but the closest actual parking is metered 6am to 5pm. It wasn't expensive though. There is hotel parking but it's a bit further away so we just paid a little bit and parked right in front of the hotel.
I don't know when we will be back but we WILL be back!”

“Even if you don’t stay here, you have to go see this place! Just standing in the lobby gives you those feels of what it was like back in the day. Very cool grounds to walk, the hotel is free to browse. They have the grounds cats laying around to pet and love on. There is a very small gift shop with postcards, stickers and pens. Up on the 4th floor is a restaurant/bar with an overlook of the side grounds as well as the walls being filled with newspaper articles of the hotel from back in the day. A very near experience. Go see the ghost tour so you can see the morgue, the bellhops will not be tainted by money to let you in! ☺”

“Great place to hang out. They have wonderful locals, new ones and even a lodge to stay the night! Bill is the one who greets you and makes sure you’re okay outside! Thank you to the cooks for great pizza and great drinks!! Yall make it feel like home Jewel, and Ellen! Sprung Billy and mountain Alice play live here!!”

Id also recommend bringing a electric bike or just ride small motorcycle.
Eureka Springs Historical downtown: We did drive out big pickup downtown and we're lucky to find $5.00 parking for 3 hours it took all that to walk around and hike back to the truck! Take water, be prepared its a hike to go up those steep roads!!! We are 60 and almost 60 it was do able but dang!
Hotel: Cheapest price was Super.com app it does charge fee after trial if you dont cancel it. No Bugs. No visible mold. Easy to darken room for sleep. Comfy bed. Clean room aside from spider webs on tip top of a mirror. This hotel will be under new mgmt soon and renovations will be made. So the pictures online are lak showing the age of things, like screws coming loose on shower seat, rust on metal surfaces, needs new paint in rooms, 1970's renovations looking strange with 1990s renovations but it was clean washed, mopped, vacuumed. our room 207 had the old cellar smell we used room spray to offset it. Water pressure was low, but bigger shower head or 2nd would help.
Hotel staff: expect to call them on provided phone at check in desk, but they are quick to arrive and always helpful and friendly!
Breakfast: go to the two places going towards historic downtown. The lady tried, but the waffle water tasted off, toasted set off smoke alarm embarrassing, apple juice was water, eggs were ok, biscuits get hard if you dont eat early, only meat is sausage. Muffins, apples, banas, yogurt, milk, orange juice, cereal etc...available.
I only eat toast pancake waffle bacon for bfast.
Hotel Pool and Hottub was not able to use or completely inoperable.
Hotel laundry room for guest is out of order. I saw a small black rat when I went to get ice! Little sucker scared me! This area is outside ish so to be expected, hopefully new owner will mediate this.
Beautiful surroundings quick walk to eat or antique shop. Dollar General about 2 miles down the road.”

“Well I was originally thinking a 4 because there were some minor issues and quirkiness with room fixtures; however, I returned home and left my favorite umbrella there. The next day I called the front desk person who called housekeeping and they found it and shipped it to my home address. Now that's service. Otherwise, it's a great location with parking at the same altitude and 5 minutes walking from most of the historic area & some great restaurants and live music. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself is about as period as it gets in Eureka. I was traveling with my brother and didn't want to share a queen so we got one of their suites which was gigantic with 2 full baths. Beware there's no elevator and the stairs are steeply pitched but they sport good handrails. I'll definitely come back.”

“We stayed at Basin Park for three nights. Our stay was great and the staff were very friendly! The only complaint I have is that the rooms need some upgrades. The towel rack in our bathroom was hanging out of the wall, there was a few stains on the bedding that appeared to be blood droplets, and the tv didn’t work after the first two days. I highly recommend utilizing the shuttle service! Bennie was one of the highlights of our trip! He was so kind and always smiling when he took us one from one place to the next! Also recommend doing the ghost tour at the hotel!”
