Shop owner VERY RUDE!!!! never been to Eureka before was very disappointed. She was very pushy with an attitude and when asked about clothing prices without a tag was told I needed to look harder I saw a cute top and wanted to take a photo for a friend and was screamed at by the owner that “NO PHOTOS ARE ALLOWED AND I WOULD NOT FIND ANY OF THE THINGS SHE HAS ANYWHERE ELSE” and I told her to work and her customer service and she said I was a disrespectful customer and was very insulting to my mother as well, Will never be back 0 out of 10000 stars hope this shop gets shut down! VERY overpriced for low quality clothing and quilts that CAN be found at other places !!! I would also like to note was watched constantly and did not feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the door very bad for business was kind and respectful with her the whole time ,if you look at other people’s reviews they have left she continues to be rude calling them “disrespectful “ and ECT ,mind blowing really!! 3/26/23

Amazing little shop! The time I entered I was mesmerized, I got a couple of out feet. The Sales Woman was v, welcoming and helpful. I suggest people must visit this shop when they are in town.. Beautiful boutique!!

I wish I had read some reviews before going to this store. The shop owner is very pushy! Buyer beware! I paid over $100 for a pair of pants that I (stupidly) did not try on. The shop keeper assured me they would fit. I never looked at a price tag and honestly did not see one. They did fit but look horrifying on me. I really should have known better. One tag I saw was less than $100 on an entire outfit pants and top. I felt like she was just making up prices. I cannot say that was true but that’s how it felt. If I could give no stars I would. They are cute pants but not for me and definitely not for $100. The receipt clearly states no refunds or exchanges. Really wish I had never gone in the store.

I am disabled and in a power chair. I saw a scarf in the window and wanted to purchase it, when I went to enter the shop, I was told that power chairs were not allowed. There was plenty of room to maneuver, she would have had to only unlock the other door. First time I have been discriminated against because of my disability.

Another disappointment in Eureka....All around weird experience. Shop owner is very pushy. Complained about our drinks we kindly left outside the door that were secure and closed, then followed us throughout our whole time there, opening curtain while we were changing in a "fitting room" that's just a hall with a curtain. Told her we were looking for something to wear to my father's memorial, tried to sell me dresses that were not tailored correctly, then I did find a dress I like, although it is too long. My daughter found a TY corgi toy and tag read clearly $5.99. Paid $300 for 3 dresses and a stuffed toy, which she charged me $15.99 for, after I saw my receipt that she wanted to put in the bag. I dont understand why you did this. Did you really think I would pay almost 20 dollars for a small stuffed toy?!? I feel very cheated and taken advantage of. Eureka is losing it's luster for me by allowing these kind of folks to fo business there. Thank you for taking advantage of my kindness in such a vulnerable time. Shame.I spent 290 something dollars and did NOT try on ALL the dresses or spend an hour in your store. We did not bring our drinks in and you were still dissatisfied with us leaving them outside. The tag on the toy CLEARLY stated 5.99 so you jacked the price up at the register and didnt think I'd notice. Also, you cannot put words in my mouth by suggesting I am racist.i I'm speaking of sneaky dishonest cheats . Have a nice day!

We were in Eureka Springs last Friday it was fun and will be back again! our best experience was in this shop, great collection of apparels and the best customer service. Lady is funny and kind. it was amazing!! I recommend this shop and is in my must visit shop list .

This is a great store with tons of colors of clothes available in multiple sizes. The lady who runs it is very kind and was very helpful this time and the last time I shopped there. I always get compliments on everything that I wear from there. Call first during off-season to make sure they're open. But definitely worth checking it out!

I and my wife was there last Saturday . we enjoyed shopping there it is like little India. My wife hardly likes shopping but owner had help her so much to find her right items for her that she end up buying 5 items the best shop and service in town. we will love to go back . can not relate to other's " rude owner comments" we had v. good experience.

Couple of weeks ago I was there with my husband. This was my 2dn time to Eureka Springs. and first time into this shop.. I got one Kimono, dress and 2 tops with the help of sales lady, she was very nice. and helpful. I am glad I went there before leaving ES. I strongly recommend this shop.Thanks you Mosksha.

The shop owner was so rude to me. She seemed disturbed by me looking at items and looking at the prices. I will say everything in this shop is twice as much as other shops, and the other shops have much better customer service. I have never been spoken to the way this woman spoke to me in a public setting. She kicked me out of her store for being “too loud.” I was in there alone!

Had a really sad experience here. Went shopping with my Mom, and she found a beautiful outfit that she wanted, but she put it back because she didn't want to spend the $. I went back and got it for her to surprise her, and I specifically asked the owner if she could exchange it if it didn't fit (because she hadn't tried it on). The owner smiled and said, "of course she can! she will love this outfit" and was so nice, and I spent the money. A week later my mom went in to exchange the top for a different size. The owner was RUDE and told her that there are no exchanges due to Covid? Really? That's not what you told me when you gladly took my money. This owner is not trustworthy, and I would not recommend shopping here and supporting her store. It's sad that there are people who run businesses like this. Why not just tell me that there are no exchanges?

Sadly, the other negative reviews are true. I went shopping with my Mom here, and she found an outfit that she loved. She put it back because the prices are a little ridiculous. Just know you are supporting a business with a terrible customer service philosophy.
