There's a few different hardware stores in the Eureka Springs area, but this one has a cat, and friendly counter people who spend their spare time talking to the cat. 10/10 will always make the extra 10 minute drive out of town to buy hardware stuff from friendly cat people. ?

They always go above and beyond to help when I enter the store. They replace batteries in remotes and carry heavy items out to the car! Wonderful business to have in our area.

They carry the high-quality dog food for my dog, and I almost always buy my paint there, and they have worked hard w me to locate a very particular bolt I needed for a project. The service is always great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
