Route 62 General Store is a warm and favorite country store offering fantastic food and a wide variety of unique gifts and souvenirs. The store serves amazing food, including sandwiches, soups, pot pies, salads, and delicious desserts like pies, cake, eclairs, and soft serve ice cream. There is a regular sandwich menu and daily specials. The store also stocks t-shirts, holiday decorations, and a bunch of souvenir options. The staff is very friendly and provides great recommendations on local events, things to do, and places to eat, helping to make visits even better. The experience is very nice and relaxing, making it a definite must-stop for tourists and locals alike.
If you haven’t stopped to visit, you are missing out. In addition to a variety of gifts and souvenirs, Route 62 has amazing food. From salads, soups, sandwiches and some delicious desserts, you will not leave hungry. I greatly enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich and will be back. Thank you Vincent and Karen.
