First time to Eureka Springs, we lived this store and went twice. The lady at the counter was very helpful and so funny.

We came in because we loved the rainbow flag outside and ended up staying and talking to Jerry for a good half an hour! He gave us great local recommendation for food and drinks. Fun place with great people!

Recently went on a girls trip to Eureka Springs and was disappointed in lack of friendless from the staff compared to small family owned businesses in the area. They did have a little bit of everything, but could've found the same items at other stores in the area.

My favorite part about Eureka Springs is the originality and comforting feeling that the town projects. I love shopping local and at small hole in the wall stores. The Ladybug Emporium looks quirky on the outside but it feels cold on the inside. Upon walking into the store I immediately felt off energy. The merchandise was clearly unoriginal and there were better neighboring stores to shop at that were family-owned.
