Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend enough. And the live music and atmosphere at the gravel bar was great!Food & drinks: Drinks were great and the food looked good as well. And it was in the hotel parking lot!

I’m happy that the pool was open again. It’s a nice pool.Nearby activities: The rooms are very basic but the Gravel Bar next door has music in the patio some nights. The food is good there too.Walkability: You can easily walk to downtown but it’s an uphill 15 minute walk back. Not for everyone but most can do it.Food & drinks: Good food and drinks are right there at the Gravel bar or a 15 minute walk down the hill into downtown.

I booked the Whitewater Cabin for my partner and I to stay in on Christmas Eve.The Good - Check-in was very easy and streamlined with their policies clearly explained. There is an app you can download which is full of really good information regarding the lodge and Eureka Springs. The cabin was perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of pillows which were also very nice. The bathroom had been updated and was very lovely and we appreciated the mini fridge and the coffee maker. We also appreciated being able to park right in front of the cabin. We opted to grab a drink and some dinner at the Gravel Bar while there. The space was absolutely gorgeous and the bartender was very attentive and welcoming. The beers we ordered were cold and the food was great. My partner ordered the Plain Jane nachos with bacon and I got a Margherita flatbread pizza. We were both very satisfied with our choices and felt that the price was reasonable for what we had.The Okay - The cabin's bathroom sink didn't have very good water pressure. We also couldn't connect to the wi-fi in the cabin. It kept saying that it couldn't locate the IP address, but while at the Gravel Bar we were able to connect to wi-fi. Also, yes, the cabin is right by the road and we could hear some vehicles passing, but we sleep with white noise going so we didn't even notice the road noise throughout the night and were able to sleep peacefully.Overall, we were quite pleased with the Wanderoo Lodge and plan on staying again. My partner was quite taken with the historical significance of the location and we were both very happy with the cabin and the Gravel Bar.

We stay here every time we are in ES! Comfy and well priced rooms. Live music and great food at the adjacent Gravel Bar. Support local! Support LTGBTQ!

The room needed updating, the flooring was in poor shape, one of the wall receptacle covers was missing, which in most jurisdictions is a code violation, there was a piece of dog food on the floor in the bathroom, cleaning? Though the bathroom seemed like it had been updated, There was a stone missing in the floor of the shower which had sharp edges and somebody installed the bathroom door hinges with too long of screws and they protruded on the other side and I got scratched by the point of the screw.Walkability: Close to the place I wanted to go

We enjoyed staying in the Outfitter cabin for our anniversary. The onsite bar and restaurant was great, and we met some fun people by the fire pit at night.

We had great expectations for the motel- and for the most part it was good. We stayed in the white water cabin- which is located next to the highway- so you hear the road noise all day and night if you are there. I should have looked at pics better to see its location bc it's noisy! The water pressure in the bathroom sink is minimal- it won't even wash your toothpaste down the sink so it was frustrating :( There were black towels for us- they wouldn't dry us off and then they left black fuzz on us too. Nothing we couldn't get off just kind of annoying. We appreciated the coffee, the shower had been redone, the bed was nice and the electric fireplace was warm as well. There wasn't anywhere to hang your clothes but there was a hat/coat wrack. The microwave and the fridge worked great! You do take out your own trash, get more towels/amenities from the front desk if you need them as you don't have room service daily. I understand not bothering you- but for $179 a night, I didn't want to take out my trash myself. No offense. It was a little pricey as the floors got pretty dirty too as the threshold under that door let dirt blow in plus us coming in and out brought things in as well. There wasn't a way to sweep to clean them either. The fire at night was nice, the bar and music were great, and the ladies at the bar were really nice. Rod was super helpful when I had questions as well.

Hands down the best place to stay in Eureka Springs. The rooms are basic but updated. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms have what you need. What makes the place so amazing is the atmosphere and people. The restaurant/bar on site has some amazing live music almost nightly (especially in the summer) but for sure on the weekends. Drinks were great and the food was fresh and tasty.Rooms: UpdatedSafety: Felt very safe.Walkability: Does have uneven pavement and wouldn’t be great for wheelchairs, however I did see handicap parking.Food & drinks: So good and menu wasn’t basic. Fun choices.

We stayed over Halloween and had a great time! Our room was one of the larger king rooms that overlooks the woods in the back. The motel is updated in a perfectly cute way. It smelled like a historic 1800s hotel we stayed at on the gulf, I think because of the restored wood floors. A great touch! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to a couple restaurants near White Street, about 15 minute walk to the Crescent or downtown. There was a great bluegrass band at the Gravel Bar so we got to enjoy dancing with the locals. The fire pit was a nice touch and they were great with our pup. It was a very friendly, warm, and welcoming place. We will be back!

Right in the heart of Eureka Springs! I really enjoyed my stay at The Wanderoo. Simply amazing service at a unique lodging establishment. I loved sitting by the fire to end the day. Look forward to staying there on my next visit.

Staff is great, bar has so many drink and food options, and the rooms are so cute. Also, their drag brunches are so much fun! I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Eureka Springs!

The rooms looks nothing like the website shows. They are run down amd could use lots of improvements. There was a horrible chemical smell in the room. The air barely worked. The bathroom was disgusting and the water pressure and temperature was horrible. The only good thing I can say is that we was in a room besides three large dogs and never heard them. The owners trained the dogs well.Rooms: The rooms are way outdated

It's a superficially renovated roadside motel from (I would guess) the 50's. In our room, the shower and plumbing were original. For example, the showerhead was about 5' tall and there was very little water pressure. At least the towels were soft. The room was clean and recently painted. It made me think of a Motel 6 with brighter colors. We did enjoy the bar/live music at the the Gravel Bar and the firepit they had going on the grounds. They only staff the front desk limited hours, but they do post a phone number to call.Location-wise, it is a bit far to walk into town - the hill coming back is fairly steep. I would plan on driving and then parking to visit all the shops/restaurants there.

Love this place! Second time down! Friday night my boyfriend proposed out front while listening to the live music! Was amazing! Only upsetting part was when we went to go to our room. The “smart” lock wouldn’t let us in. And they didn’t have a key that would unlock it. I guess the door over all was malfunctioning…. And we had to wait over an hour and half for management to show up. Even then they couldn’t get the door unlocked we had to climb through our window to retrieve our belonging. They moved us to a better room. Which is almost normal procedures… Only thing that’s still upsetting was the manager said they would comp that night for all our troubles. We were still charged and I’ve called to see when the return would come and they said it was out of their hands. Wish they would keep their word… very big night for us as a couple… if the ring was locked in there it would have been a total different review…. And a phone call to the police….Just little frustrating that we didn’t get that night comped and keep their word. They said they returned 1/3 of our stay, which was not what the manager said. He said if anything they would comp that night, and I have yet to see anything in my bank for over 48 hours. They said it’s up to my bank…. To receive money? I can tell you that’s not the issue… just don’t get the systems but whatever… And my dress was torn from having to climb through the window but at the end of the night I was a fiancé and was very pleased. All around good energy though. Good music and good food, could be better maintenance all around the property after seeing the whole situation go down. When I called the guy said “well you slept in a bed didn’t you” just seems very sarcastic and rude to say. In all seriousness the upgrading of the room was a nice thing to do. The comping should have been done without asking or question. I’ve been in customer service for over 12 years and this Situation was not handled well. Haven’t decided if we will stay here again, definitely will be back for the music and food. Was going to come back and stay but after my recent phone call and the sarcasm and the “it’s out of our hands and system” thing is just little ridiculous. He says the have no access to it. What kind of system doesn’t keep records or trace or even notes… they should have just told us they weren’t going to accommodate us. Also our friend stayed in another room. He accidentally clogged the toilet the last day and he went to go ask the front desk for a plunger so he could get his deposit back. They assured him it was no issue happens all the time and they would handle it. He was charged $50…. Cmon

You win some and you lose some. My stay here was a bit of a loss. The bed was criminally uncomfortable and ancient. Still, I managed to fall asleep, only to be awaken at 2:30am by people partying in the room next door. Around 4:00, still awake from the sound of their conversations and smell of cigarette smoke coming in from the window AC unit, I popped my head outside to ask them to quiet down and was dismayed to recognize some of the bar/restaurant staff. Why are they partying at the hotel and not at their home? The only redemption is that it has a pool, is a pet-friendly property, the people working reception were great, and the food in the restaurant is good. For a good time, visit Wanderoo. If you are road weary and looking for a good nights rest, look further.
